The food, the service, the view and rooms are the best I've ever experienced. A wonderful venue for family gathering or wedding. The staff was accommodating and courteous. We will recommend this to our friends and hope to visit again.

The grounds, rooms, restaurant, and sitting areas are beautiful at Gideon Ridge. It is worth every penny you pay to stay here. I would highly reccomend this bed and breakfast to others traveling in the area.

The room was wonderful along with the view. The food was great also. Everyone was very friendly. The chef came out to talk with us about the food that he prepared and to see if we were satisfied with the preparation. The room was very clean and we enjoyed our time there. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful place with really nice rooms. The food was beyond delicious, every bite was incredible. The mountain views here are really beautiful and we were lucky enough to get a full moon which made everything even more beautiful. We were there for a wedding which was the most beautiful romantic setting and could not have been more perfect. The...

Beautiful views and delicious food! This is a great place to stay for a romantic weekend. Some rooms have private balcony views, but in March it is too cold to take advantage of this feature. You cannot go wrong staying in any of the rooms. We love the restaurant and ate there both nights. The staff is very friendly and...

My wife and stayed for a night last week and it was great. Beautiful property, friendly staff, good food for breakfast. The only downside was we were there on a day of thick fog so the views were gone, but everything about the place was great.

We stayed in the beautiful Victorian room for a romantic weekend getaway. It was cold outside, but we didn't notice because both the room and bathroom had gas fireplaces. The bathtub takes nearly an hour to fill, and if you leave it on hot you'll need to wait for the water to cool before getting in, but it is really...

It is my wife & my favorite place to visit in Blowing Rock. Quick 2 hrs from CLT. The restaurant is exceptional (I am in the restaurant biz and considered picky at best, diva at worst). Way above average wine list as well.

This facility has a neighborhood setting with outstanding mountain views. It snowed while we were there and we got a good sense of how Blowing Rock got its name. We came to relax and celebrate an anniversary. Gideon Ridge was the perfect place and met or exceeded our expectations.
