We went during the coldest time of the year ever. Had a fireplace so that was nice with a little wine to relax with. We could walk everywhere in Blowing Rock so that was handy. The owners were nice, very accommodating and everyone in our party felt right at home. We even had a huge hot-tub styled bathtub. Nice after...

Ridgeway Inn was a special treat after staying at bigger brand hotels which were a disappointment. The rooms are a lot more sound proof then most , very well presented and breakfasts were better then others I have experienced - thank goodness we at least has paper plates and not styrofoam ! We had a wonderful time and the beds...

We spent 2 nights with friends. We had a simple room, not the more attractive rooms seen on the website. Blowing Rock is a small, walkable village with picturesque homes and other buildings. Ridgeway Inn is right in very easy walking distance of everything. Our room was stuck in a dark corner, but that didn't matter. It was very comfortable....

There are plenty of places to stay in Blowing Rock. We just happened to choose the Ridgeway. Nice bed. Wine and cheese in the evening and enough food in the morning if you are not too hungry. Good food around town and easy walking to shops and parks. Wi-Fi worked and large tv channel selection.

The pictures do not do this little inn justice. It is just adorable. My friends and I stayed in the Wauhonhasee Suite, and it was very spacious with a living area, a small kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a HUGE private deck. The whole suite is decorated beautifully and we just loved having our own private deck to hang out...

We stayed at this motel last Thanksgiving. This is an older property that is well maintained. It is very close to the shops in Blowing Rock - definitely within walking distance. The motel has exterior doors and is definitely not upscale, but if you want a clean comfortable room for a reasonable price this fits the bill.

The woman at the front desk was super helpful in suggesting nice hikes. Room was really cute with two queen beds and pine panel ceilings. Big TV and nice bathroom. The continental breakfast was tasty, too. I liked being so close to the center of town. I thought the place had lots of charm and character.

The Inn is located in downtown Blowing Rock and is within walking distance of wine shops, restaurants and many locally owned stores. The hotel is clean and the service is friendly. We stayed in the Wauhonhasee Suite which includes a full kitchen, master bedroom with king size bed and fire place, a second bedroom for the kids, walk-in shower, sauna...

My husband and I were very disappointed! We see where others wrote good reviews but our upgrade suite were in is very dirty, rust around ventilation system, ants in bathroom, black mold in pipes for the jacuzzi tub, LOTS of dust on most surfaces, hairs stuck on celling of the bathroom (only 6' 4'" high in some parts), black stains...
