We have stayed here quite a few times. There is no better place to stay in Blowing Rock. Our room was #300 and it was perfect. It over looks the lake with a nice balcony that you can watch the sunset. The customer service is out of this world. I have never had better service. It was my husbands 50th...

We have recommended to several family and friends already. This is a mountain resort--Blowing Rock, NC. It is set on 84 acres --amazing property. The lodge has rooms and suites and there are 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 and 4 bedroom condos to rent on the mountain above lodge. Surrounded by a beautiful lake. Definitely will visit again.

Came here for fall break, long weekend. Rented a 2 bedroom condo. This place is wonderful! Right near the downtown Blowing Rock, but completely separate and quiet. There is a Food Lion right across the entrance where you can get food, etc. We cooked some meals in condo and ate in town for dinners. The condo was very spacious. There...

I have visited Chetola since I was a child and have never once a single complaint. It is a home away from home for me. It has all the charm and beauty one could hope for and being surrounded by blowing rock and boone, there's always something to do.

Very nice location and grounds. The rooms are OK, this time I had a balcony and enjoyed that. Some of the staff were exceptional others merely available. Stayed here several times and enjoy the walk up town, where there are some good restaurants and stores.

My wife and I came up from Florida to see the leaves change. Stayed in a two bedroom condo for a week. The grounds, condo and lodge are exquisite. The Timberlake Restaurant is beautiful and well decorated with Timberlake pictures and accents serving excellent food. The Lodge is a rustic mountain structure. Indoor pool with ping pong tables and other...

Well, I regret paying what I did for what I received. That's the best way to say it. We paid $450 for 2 nights (Sunday and Monday so that was not even the prime price) so our expectations were quite high. When pulling in, it really seems like a beautiful place. Cute little lake, lovely flowers hanging everywhere, pretty landscaping....

Stayed here for our 16th anniversary. Everyone was extremely friendly. Especially the ladies from the Friday morning work-out class. The meals at Timberlake were also impressive. Highly recommend. Also a great place for a wedding.

My college girl friends and I spent the weekend in a well-appointed four bedroom condo. (Cumberland #2) There was ample room for 7 people to relax, sleep, and hang out. The staff at the resort was helpful and displayed great Southern hospitality. Just wonderful!
