Fit for kings & queens, this is one of the top places we've ever stayed. Front of the house, back of the house, & everyone in between is nothing but a dream. Don't pass up staying in a heavenly place such as the Inn at Ragged Gardens!

We had a two night stay on our way to drive the blue ridge parkway. We almost cancelled the drive because the inn was so great. We could have stayed many more nights. We're in English Lavender room with a gas fire and super comfortable bed. Ate one night in restaurant and was excellent. Staff were the nicest we have...

I expected a nice room and it was. They did change the bed from the picture online. I loved using the gas fireplace and our room had a private terrace. Breakfast was included and it was very good. Different selections every day. Always fruit and juice with it. Happy hour for guests every night with appetizers. We had a couple...

This inn or more like a b & b is a wonderful escape from the rat race. The pace is slower at the Ragged Garden which is a welcome feature. Located in beautiful Blowing Rock, NC, you'll definitely get that mountain feel. The inn is an old home and most of the rooms are part of that. Most rooms are...

Pictures don't do the Inn at Ragged Gardens justice - it's nicer than you expect it to be. We stayed in the carriage house with our dog. 2 bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, all amenities we could need. Plus great breakfast and happy hour with snacks in the evening. Walk to everything in Blowing Rock. Didn't see the rooms in...

Have completely falling in love with this B & B. So fun to set around the fireplace and meet others that are staying here. Rooms are so cozy and romantic. The breakfast is so delicious and a very generous serving. Also the restaurant is fabulous....love the scallops.

If you're looking for top notch technology and sparkling modern glamour, please go elsewhere. The floors creak here. The doors take real keys. The hustle and bustle of other guests coming and going can occasionally be heard (in a cheerful manner). This is AN OLD INN. It is charming and wonderful and exactly what you would expect if you knew...

My wife and I just returned for The Inn at Ragged Gardens, yes this is a B & B but it was more than that for us. That really make you feel like family from the moment you walk in the front door at check in. It was just like walking in to moms house...... They entire staff are all...

We have stayed here every December since 2003. We come and buy a Christmas Tree, shop, dine & have a great time. The Inn is so special. This year we brought our 29 year old son & his fiancee'. They loved it as well. A very special place.

With two girls living near Blowing Rock and one in Raleigh, we wanted to host a family weekend in Blowing Rock. We wanted a place to hold all of us and have mountain ambiance. After searching and searching, I found that Ragged Gardens had a cabin called Maple Cottage. We were delighted that the 3 bedrooms and living room were...
