Most amazing B&B ever. Wonderful food, amazing views and the nicest people. I will be staying here again in the future. This B&B is also very close to anywhere you want to be in Black Mountain. The rooms are so clean and gorgeous.

This is an absolute recommendation on B&B destinations. Wonderful hosts, delicious gourmet breakfast, and comfortable and beautiful inn. Gracious hosts that made everyone welcome and at home. Location and view were the icing on the cake. Wayland and Debbi Moore

Hosts were welcoming and the place was beautiful. Theresa and Jim were helpful in orienting us to our travel on the Blue Ridge Pkwy. The bed was the best we'd had in a week on the road. Great shower and fabulous breakfast. A nice break on a jam-packed road trip. Highly recommended!

We liked the high quality of everything. Theresa fixed a fantastic over the top breakfast to us. We sat facing the patio glass doors that looked out over the lake. She had baked cookies the first afternoon we were there and a delicious cake the second day. In the butler's pantry we also had wine, tea, soft drinks and bottled...

We had the upstairs room with balcony, highly recommended--great view of Lake (really a large pond) Tomahawk, which you can walk around on a nice half-mile path. Owners very friendly and attentive to any need you might have. Place has been tastefully updated and kept in tip-top condition. Excellent gourmet breakfast but on the light side--wish there had been more...

Thank you so much for writing a review for us. We would have been glad to provide you with seconds, if we would have known you wanted more. We try to gauge our portions based upon what comes back on the plate and adjust the next time we serve the same dish. We are happy to see you wanted more!...

I stayed at Arbor House when I was in black mountain to shop for a new home. Theresa was so welcoming and helpful with recommendations of local resources for my home search and restaurants, etc. The rooms are spacious, comfy and immaculate. The location is peaceful and scenic. Theresa was very available but not intrusive. Loved it! Will stay here...

My wife and I are big fans of Asheville and the last trip we fell in love with the quaint town of Black Mountain. Like most people probably, we based our choice on reviews, price, location, and photos. The reviews were spot on, the price was well worth it, the location couldn't have been better and the photos didn't do...

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast with very accommodating hosts. Food was delicious, rooms beautifully decorated, very quiet and relaxing. Our room overlooked a lake and a nice walking trail. We were able to walk downtown from this location which was great! Will definitely return and recommend to our friends and family.

Lovely, recently renovated, tastefully decorated, very comfortable facility. The charm of the original 1910 home, but everything is updated, fresh, clean. No kitsch. Lush gardens. Lovely view from deck to lake with walk-around path. Lighted at night. Owners are gracious and exceedlngly accommodating. Food is the best! I don't consider myself a B&B person, but this was a totally different...
