My Husband and I desperately needed a getaway and the 1902 Turnpike House B & B was the best place we could have gone! Cindy and Paul, Bella (the dog) and Turtle (the cat) all make you feel as welcome as if they were expecting family. Paul's culinary skills are amazing, as you will see, as you partake of the...

Innkeepers Paul and Cindy are as gracious people as you will likely ever meet, and they truly make you feel like you are guests in their home. The house is cheerfully appointed, as was our room. The house is a mix of old and new. We stayed in the Beech Room, which is the largest and is located in an...

Truly felt at home. From the moment you walk in till the moment to leave. The room we had "The Bettie Banner" was great, with a comfortable bed & great views all around. Paul being culinary wizard whipping up AWESOME breakfasts to Cindy sitting down and just making small talk at the table, truly a great place I want to...

This adorable B&B is run by one of the nicest couples I have ever met. Paul and Cindy are wonderful hosts and do everything to make one's stay perfect. Rooms are comfortable, clean and has everything one would need, breakfasts are elegant and scrumptious and their 'guest pantry' makes you feel completely at home. We went to ski; both Beech...

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Cozy, warm, friendly and perfect. Reasonably priced, treated like family, superb location, quiet, great breakfast...what more could you expect? The most pleasant aspect of our stay was PAUL & CINDY: two wonderful (married) folk who love what they do and are genuine. Our room was the Thomas Lowe room ~ Just just...

My wife and I loved this place. Very clean and the bed in the Betty Banner room was superbly comfortable. Paul prepared quiche lorraine at our request (we had read it was delicious) and it (and the rest of the breakfast) was amazing. Paul gave us a tour of the house when we arrived and told us the history as...

Everything we needed and more was provided (from extra toiletries to a guest pantry with drinks and snacks to the endless cookie jar!). There were plenty of places to sit and chat or...

Turnpike is a wonderful place to get away from the hustle and/or bustle of the city and just relax. Paul's breakfasts are fantastic. The beds are comfortable. The peace is quiet. What more could you ask for? Paul and Cindy treat us like family and we will come back here every chance we get! The location is just far enough...

Having stayed in many b&b's around the country, we have now added the 1902 Turnpike House to our list of all-time favorites. Paul gave us a brief history and tour of the home upon arrival, and Cindy had everything decorated beautifully for fall. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There were ample places to sit and relax inside and outside,...
