We decided to stay at Villa Louise for our Burgundy vacation rather than in the towns of either Beaune or Dijon and we are so glad we did. First, we had a car and we wanted someplace where we could park. Also, we planned to take day trips around the countryside to visit wine towns and chateaux so we wanted...

This is a gorgeous little hotel in a fantastic setting amongst the vineyards. The pictures do not do it justice. The staff are lovely and extremely helpful, particularly in booking reservations or advising on local activities. Try to stay more than one night, and make sure to sit and relax outside in the garden or in the beautiful lounge.

Wonderful small hotel that exceeded our expectations. I was especially charmed by the breakfast. It started with a baked apple or baked pear served with Comte creamy cheese, fresh juice, an boiled egg if desired, a variety of breads and croissant, excellent coffee, and I think some ham. The rooms were very comfortable. You felt like you were the guests...

I would not call the Villa Louise a hotel but rather a beautiful home to rest and refresh after a long trip. There is a "charme discret" and elegance about the place. And the clientele is equally charming, which is most important as we did stay the night before in an expensive chateau hotel who was accommodation a group of...

Really enjoyed the stay thanks to the beautiful surroundings of vineyards and the Chateau Andre Corton right next to the hotel, the friendly hosts and home made breakfast. The rooms are done with taste and are clean and cozy. Great place when staying in the Beaune area. Their Premier Cru Aloxe Corton wine is a must try. We would always...

Off the beaten track but easy to find, this place has a lot of rustic charm. The owner and his wife made us feel very welcome. The grounds are amazing, vineyards as far as the eye can see, flanked by stunning old buildings. We only had breakfast however it had to be one of the best breakfasts ever, baked apple...

We stayed at the Hotel Villa Louise for my birthday and New Year's Eve, booking a suite with a fireplace. Since we were traveling with our toddler son we expected to relax in front of our private fireplace -- which is featured on the website gallery and listed as one of the amenities in the booking confirmation -- after he...

We stayed in a room that is separate from the main building. It was fantastic. Very modern, comfortable, romantic. The breakfast was also amazing. The hotel staff super helpful in providing tips on places to visit in the area. The hotel grounds are great too, to hang out for an hour or two before heading out or when coming back.

We stayed at the double room in pigeon loft and it was an interesting experience. The room is a heritage and overseeing the Grand Cru vineyard. The indoor pool is located right below the room making enjoying the indoor door an easy access. Having a cup of coffee or tea at the garden and surrounded by the vineyard is a...
