Contrary to the review before mine, could not love this place more, especially as a dog owner. This is not 5 star with high speed wifi, but 5 stars for tranquility, warmth, welcome and beauty. I wont repeat the comprehensive & accurate descriptions below. You do not go here to sit on media, but to walk the forest trails, sit around a fire (when safe), observe the wrens from your verandah looking to the river, frolic on the granite outcrops between cascading river pools, visit the hens and cattle. The host Prue could not be warmer & more helpful. The cottages are spotlessly clean, have modern aircon & wood fires & good mattresses. You feel very snug, private and secure in this secluded enclave in tbe crook of the river. Some Telstra reception can be gotten by taking a beautiful

We had 2 nights booked at the chalets and had to cancel because WA went into lockdown for Covid 19. The Chalets immediately said that was ok and we would not be charged a cancellation fee. Wonderful. We have lost so much money since 2020 on travel that has had to be cancelled that this was a very welcome response. Thank you and we will visit as soon as possible.

Returning after a too-long absence to find that the peace and solitude was all I remembered. Each cabin is distant from the others, and the only noises are the rapids in the river flowing past, the many birds and the trees. Well appointed for self catering, lovely wood fire, parking under cover at from door, enough room for 2 couples or large family. Wonderful hosts (thanks Anna) have produce from the property for those who forgot something - avocados, eggs etc ... The river is perfect for a paddle in the provided canoes. Wifi is available at reception for the email etc tragics. Cant wait to get the opportunity to return.

Return visit to Che Sara Sara chalets and it was amazing as we remember. Peaceful property wrapped around the Frankland River with chalets spaced far enough apart that you feel like you have the place to yourself. Rolling green fields and wondrously tall trees in every direction, with nothing but the sound of the river gently flowing by and an occasional bird song or cow moo to break the peace ... A truly wonderful place to kick back and unwind and leave the stresses of daily life far behind. You can do as much or as little as you like. Walk the various trails, fish for cobbler on the river, grab a canoe or have a game of tennis on the court or just relax on the deck or in front of the log fire. The owners are super warm and friendly and even invited us along to pick fruit and

Well my wife and i were tipped off by her dad that this was a place we must try and he wasn't wrong. Just out of Walpole enough to be away from everything but close enough to run into town to get some shopping etc. Lisa & i love our peace and quiet and this was exactly that. Cabins are far enough apart where you wouldn't even know anyone else was there! So relaxing sitting on the back deck over looking the Franklin river within a stones throw. We had a great time and now we are back at work wishing we were back there!

Stayed here for one night last night on a road trip of Western Australia. The lodge was rustic very spacious and well equipped. Good washing machine and in the evening it was a bit chilly so we lit the wood burner it was just great. Nice to be able to cook using the full kitchen. The lodges are set far apart only 4 of them it was so peaceful and just back to nature nice to get away from all the stresses of this world. Wish we could of stayed another night.

We absolutely loved our 6 night stay at Che Sara Sara (so much so that we ended up extending our holiday leave so we could stay an extra night). Set around a bend of the peaceful Franklin river, and nestled amongst the picturesque trees, you will find the four chalets of Che Sara Sara. If you are looking for high speed internet, a pillow menu, 24 room service and round the clock amenities these chalets and this region is probably not for you. This is a small, locally owned business run by a lovely family, set away from the big cities. If you are looking for the perfect place to slow down, unwind, de-stress and really switch off and enjoy the pristine peace, beaches and countryside of rural WA, all without breaking the bank, this is for you. Think waking up to the chirping of

I recently stayed here twice. The chalets are beautiful, the Frankland River l peaceful and beautiful, especially when the first rays of sun strike the mist on the water surface, best viewed on a canoe provided for use by guests. The owner, Prue, looked over our needs, providing fruit, eggs and jam. She could also conduct a botany walk if enough notice was given. I think many guests, like me, will want to stay again, and again.

Absolutely loved this place. I went down for a week with my wife and daughter in early April, it’s such a beautiful place positioned on the Franklin river. There are about 4 chalets all have river views because of the way the river wraps around in a sort of horse shoe. The owner Prue took us on a tour of her fruit orchard where she has, blueberries, apples, strawberries, kiwi fruits and heaps more as well as a really cool bee hive. My daughter was just wondering around picking fruit and eating it absolutely loving life. The chalets have a wood fire which is a must when your down south with wood that get re-filled every day. There is a tennis court that has just been re-surfaced. The chalets are simple but awesome, so nice waking up every day sitting on the veranda with the
