Our park is set right on the water's edge, offering superb opportunities for water sports including some of the best fishing in the state, crabbing, kayaking, sailing....Any water activity.
Walking distance from the town centre and the Walpole Country Club is just next door, catering for the golfer of the family.

This accommodation is located in a tranquil setting. While the loft cabin is dated, as are its furniture and furnishings, we had a comfortable and warm stay here. Our greeting on arrival was lovely and friendly and we thought the accommodation was well priced for what it offers.

Beautiful setting. Abundant wildlife. Well appointed cabin. The electric blanket was appreciated. Great spot for families. We only spent one night there, but we will definitely be back when we come this way again.

Weather was sadly not very good for our stay. Would no doubt be a great spot with the sun shining. We had a cabin which is open floor plan, everything we needed for our short stopover. Reception staff lovely.

stayed here for 5 nights in April its our top pick for caravan park in Walpole its always a pleasant peaceful stay here highly recommended the ablutions are old but clean grounds are well maintained right on the water where you can take your boat or kayak out enjoy a swim or a fish good area for kids to ride their bike and play on the jumpy pillow

Great location friendly staff but requires maintenance in older facilities. We stayed in 2 bed room self contained unit, all facility were provided and very roomy. Roads inside facility very rough requires maintenance.

This park is in the best spot right on the waters edge - we stayed for a few days - it was tight for parking the caravan, but having said all this, we did enjoy our stay - it's a great spot, there's lots of wildlfe and birdlife, handy for town without being in it. Lots of places to visit and things to do. The staff were fabulous and hey have a handy shop for visitors, complete with icecream - yeah

Great caravan park right on inlet, located not far out of town. Limited shady trees, good amenities and activities to keep the kids entertained. Very friendly staff that are welcoming, has little shop, small gazebo jetty for fishing for bream or crabbing, kayak hire available and set in a beautiful location. Great price and would stay again!

Visited friends at Rest point today and went to the office to enquire about a chalet and campsite for my extended family to stay in later in the year. My 6 year old daughter accompanied me and wanted to bounce on the bouncy pillow with her friend who was staying at the caravan park. Before asking about the accomodation I asked if I could pay for my daughter to bounce on the bouncy pillow for 10 minutes (as visitors must pay to bounce as was written on the sign). The lady in the office proceeded to give me a lecture on Covid check in which I did do and then spoke to me very rudely and refused to let my daughter bounce. Let me make it clear, it was not that my daughter was not allowed to bounce on the pillow but the way the lady spoke to me in front of my daughter that is so disappointing and I would implore this lady to choose respect and kindness in her dealings with people in future. I find it hard to believe that people think this is how to run a business. This rudeness has cost a booking for approximately 20 people this year and future bookings. Ironically. I was warned by my friend staying at the park that the lady that booked her in was very grumpy. My daughter too, has unfortunately learnt a lesson - don’t follow the rules on the sign just go ahead and do it!…

I wasn’t expecting much for $180 a night especially with the rest of Walpole booked out. Shabby is fine but grotty and dirty is not, even the box to keep food away from rodents was filthy. Great location though & reception staff are lovely

We stopped in on the off chance of a room being free, luck was on our side and we ended up in a three bedroom cabin, it was warm and clean, just what we needed. The bed was good, and there was even an electric blanket :-) Overall, a good nights rest.
