If you feel like you need to unwind and take a mini escape from reality, this is the perfect place! Cozy chalets in the middle of paddocks filled with kangaroos and kookaburras, along with a wood fire to keep you toasty warm and comfortable. There are some nice walks around the resort, as well as the treetop walk not far down the road. We felt so relaxed and at home throughout our stay, and would definitely visit again!

Just spent 3 nights. In a cosy 3 bed Chalet, nice everything you need for a self contained accommodation, beautiful quiet location heaps of wildlife only negatives were the veranda was covered in cigarette ash when we arrived and the toilet didn’t flush properly but all in all we had a great time👍

About Property: No Doubt property has amazing location , you actually wouldn't want to leave the property and feel so relaxed. Nice Living area with Fire Place and well equipped and clean kitchen and utensils. Nice and Cosy rooms. Wi-Fi reception only in the Patio area, not in the room. About Owners: Owner Husband did behave Indecently. We checked in at 8 pm and next day check out was 10 am , in the morning around 8, I asked the owner (Wife) if we could extend until 11 am , which she happily agreed, mentioning we don't have any other guest coming over in that chalet. We left for walking Trail inside their property following their Map in search of OLD MILL, which was nothing but some logs of wood, felt bit misguiding. We were almost getting ready around 11 (Just my shower left). Owners Husband parked his cleaning car next to our chalet and we let him know that it will take some more time and said Sorry. They walked away. When we were about to leave, suddenly owners Husband just barged in angrily, shouting on us, stomping inside the property and calling us "stupid people", he was charged up in hyper and said someone is waiting in the office to Check-In (which we later checked, there was not a single person or car waiting near the Office, which means he Lied). We were literally scared as if he would hit us. In this all, he went inside the bedroom without even asking us, where my female friend was getting ready. He didn't have courtesy, he just walked in to the room, ruining our privacy. Imagine if someone barge into your bedroom without asking. We did apologize, we were really sorry. but it wasn't of any use , as he was least interested. We know its our fault, we were not ready on time, But you cannot barge into the property when the guests are still In there. Common Sense... AMAZING PROPERTY, 5 star but just for ruining at the end, I'm giving them 3 stars.

Love this place. Cosy, warm and charming chalets with everything you need including a spa bath with views...located in the rolling hills behind Walpole with forest trails on the property for walking or sitting on your verandah looking at the view...kangaroos and birds for company..

Our cottage (house) was OK, and we were welcomed by 150 blowflies inside. All of the amenities were present, BUT the pots, pans and some crockery were dirty, and worn. The TV would not work, despite following the instructions carefully, and we asked for assistance. Nobody came... For "luxury" accommodation, it lacks the amenities that many other places have - the little things like ground coffee for the provided plunger, or a soap sachet for the washing machine. Apparently built by a builder not a craftsman or a designer, as the bathroom/toilet/ laundry was huge but poorly drained, and the roof leaked in the lounge room. The houses were well separated, very quiet and private. Don't bother doing the "bushwalks" as there is little good native vegetation to be seen, as it is regrowth after relatively recent logging, and the weeds have got in. Maybe you won't notice, and think it's lovely. If you need to see some kangaroos, and like average service, and modest facilities, and where the kitchen gear is not cleaned by the owners but by the previous tenant, this is the place for you.
