Stayed for a long weekend in our caravan and was impressed by this park . Its location is along side the Blackwood River which has a great walking path and very close to town ( easy walking distance ) , Julie was very helpful and informative on all the local attractions . The camp itself is was well organized with good sized bays and a great camp kitchen which was always spotless . The ablution blocks were the best we have been in , very clean , modern and nice and roomy showers . Could not fault it and will definitely stay there again when in then area .

We stayed in 23B bell tent at the park. The reception was closed so we collected our key from a hidden location near reception. The dome tent was quirky, clean and cute! It was very convenient to have a fridge in the tent, and a gazebo next door. The queen bed inside the tent was comfortable with an electric blanket which we were very thankful for on a 4 degree minimum night. Our daughter slept on the couch in her little sleeping bag which was fine for her (3 yo)

The shower ablution block was a short walking distance and they were lovely and clean with a great parents room.
The camp kitchen is awesome!! Best I’ve seen in a while. Gas cooktops, communal fry pans, stainless steel bbq, fridge, microwave, kettle, seating undercover with tv! Plus a sink with water, hot and cold!

Cons: 23b tent is right next to the toilets, can hear everyone “attending” the loo all night.
We had no real designated area to park our vehicle so we parked in another lot number which was luckily not booked.
It was a very loud night in the park due to a mountain bike competition but some road workers also stayed and parked their work truck up nearby in the arboretum and decided to warm it up for 20 mins at 5am.

Overall a lovely park and a lovely experience :)

The Gypsy Rose is so cute - comfy & cosy and in an amazing location on the bend of the river -peaceful, surrounded by nature & walking distance to the town centre. I love Nannup and this caravan park is a gem, and run by people who care. Julie is a wonderful host and even allowed us to check in early as no one had stayed in the house the night before. It has everything you need and a very comfy bed. If you aren't a very mobile person, you would find it difficult to get up the stairs, but that was not the case for us. The decking area is great and we sat there with out wine and cheese listening the rain patter down. Such a pretty spot and the house is very well done with lots of special touches. Would love to come again with friends and stay in one of the bigger cabins just because the location is so lovely. The whole caravan park is in beautiful location right on the river.

Owner/Managers of Nannup Caravan Park, Wayne and Julie are a dynamic duo, who truly know what it is to make someone’s holiday experience enjoyable and memorable. They are very responsive to enquires, and nothing is to much trouble. We were advised on booking, upon asking for a shady site, that all sites were shady. This was not the case in the site we were put on. We were in the sun for most of the day. We were also packed in like sardines - that too was disappointing. My husband got a tingle off the taps in the ablutions and when he told the woman on reception she tried to shrug him off with her lack of concern. He later saw the handy man having a look at the ablutions and he clearly had no idea what to look for. She really should have got a electrical tradesperson in.
Other than that, it's a pretty spot, very handy for town and had a good camp kitchen.

Amazing service by the team at Nannup.
Very accommodating after having to change stay dates due to COVID-19.

We were a wee bit concerned about the warmth of the Comfort tent (because we are Broome residents) but we seriously couldn’t have been more comfortable!

Great location.
Friendly communication.
Beautiful accommodation.
Clean kitchen and abolition blocks.

We will be back next year.

From the welcoming arrival at the Park office to the delightful position of my single cabin overlooking the river, I was delighted. The cabin was clean clean clean with reverse cycle heater. The bed and silence gave a great nights sleep. Wonderful hot shower. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you’d need, even has a barbecu on the verandah. Down the front steps and you’re on a wonderful winding bush walk along the Blackwood river.
I recommend this place to anyone wanting a stress-free break.

The dome was very cool to stay in and the view from it was beautiful. I was amazed at how warm it was inside when outside was a little chilly. I would advise anyone who was staying in it to ensure they have a torch or two as the toilet run in the dark is not straight forward and the steps could be precarious without any light. You may think twice if you are not too able bodied as again the steps to both the camp kitchen and toilets are a little tricky. Camp kitchen was good though microwave was not heating - it may have been us!

Stayed 2 x nights in the green cabin - family of four fit comfortably with teenagers sleeping on the fold out couch. Peaceful spot with amazing view of the river from our bed! Beautiful stroll along the river to town, literally 5 mins away. Great little general store at the main caravan park. Can't wait to get back there again soon.

what a horrible experience, we had our own small off the ground fire pit. the angry owner pulled up to us and abused us for having it told us to put it out witch we did, he told us we were lucky he doesn't kick us out, and that he doesn't have to be nice.
my partner went to see him up at admin office to ask for the correct fire pit we wanted to do the right thing he abruptly and very Rudley told her no. she didn't feel safe being around this angry, arrogant, disgusting person. We left a review on the caravan park web page then he answered that he has cctv footage of me and my partner putting ash in the toilet block which is a blatant lie as we never would do anything like that, what concerns me is why is there cctv cameras in the ablution block, very disturbing
we were there a whole 2 hours before this angry mean sort of person started carrying on like a maniac, my partner didn't feel safe around this person, so we left feeling dumbfounded about the way this unprofessional person acted.
lady's if you are travelling alone recommend finding another caravan park to stay at there are better ones with more friendly people running it this man should not be trusted so angry and arrogant

We will ignore the exaggeration in your complaint and simply respond to the issue. We will also ignore your threats to assault us and that you dumped your ash in our ablutions. The issue is that you ignored previous advice that No Firepits are allowed in the Nannup Caravan Park other than the firepits that we provide Free of Charge. ($50 Bond refunded on return) This message is on our website. It was in your confirmation email and is posted around the Park. When you go to someone else’s property you should abide by the rules and requirements. Paying a few dollars for a one night stay does not give you the right to damage the Caravan Park’s property. If anyone thinks that they do have this right then we request that they do not come here. How ridiculous that you would try to pretend there are cameras inside the ablutions. Security cameras are located outside of the Common areas

No it happens obviously once a year for a couple of weeks around the ToMR time. I don’t think there are any of those cotton trees by the river but best check with the management.
