Holberry House was built as a classic English Manor. The seven elegantly appointed queen size guest rooms are all upstairs, each with it's own bathroom. One room has a double corner spa. The rooms are individually furnished with antiques and have air-conditioning, heating and ensuite rooms have televisions. Downstairs is a large guest lounge with open log fire, conservatory, library and dining room. There is a pool for summer relaxation. The gardens at Holberry House are an escape in themselves. Set on four acres of parkland gardens with a winter brook and mature tree plantings there are many tranquil spots to sit quietly with a book or to watch the well fed ducks, wrens, moorhens and honeyeaters. The garden is open daily for visitors to enjoy. Louise and Chris Stokes have a joint 58 year history in hospitality and tourism, including restaurants, hotel management in Australia and Europe and event management and look forward to welcoming you to the South West region of WA.

Detailed Reviews
This was absolutely charming for two nights. Everything was excellent, including the continental breakfast, which was part of the price (a cooked breakfast could be ordered for a supplementary amount). The host, Louise, was charming and most helpful in many aspects. I was also able to use the washing machine, which was very useful. Holberry House is very close to the town centre, so is was very easy to walk there for evening meals. There is nothing to criticise about this accommodation, so I give it ′excellent′ in all respects.

Thanks Colin for taking the time to write a review. It was lovely to have you stay, and appreciate you contacting us with the information about the wildflowers. We look forward to having you stay if you travel to Australia again, the wildflowers in this region are magnificent in spring and very different to the summer season. regards, Louise and Chris Stokes

I recently stayed at Holberry House in Nannup with my family. I was met at the door by Chris who couldn't do enough for us as he carried our bags to our room. Our stay was amazing thanks to Louise who made us feel at home, hospitality was five star. Holberry House had multiple separate bedrooms rooms upstairs and a huge lounge downstairs opposite a toasty fireplace. Beautiful gardens surrounded the house and we were only a short 200m walk into town. A continental breakfast was available each morning, however on our last morning we decided for the cooked breakfast which Louise cooked for us. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay, close to town and great hospitality. Thanks Louise and Chris, we'll be back again!

Room Tip: We opted for the spa room, huge corner spa, large room and over-looked the gardens toward the pool.

Great location short walk to town - pity nothing was open for dinner & the pub closes for food at around 7pm if it's "slow". Casual ambience: can chat with other guests in the lounge. Soup & antipasto platter offered for dinner. B.fast birdseed & toast! & Pod coffee. Rooms not sound proofed & plumbing rattles. This said would stay again.

Magnificent rooms, beautiful quiet surroundings, with attentive hosts, what more could you ask for?
My wife and I were seeking a quiet relaxing getaway, and we found this and more.
Surrounded by peaceful gardens with many butterflies, wrens, honey eaters and even an occasional quenda, this was a great place to just stay and relax, and use as a base for the available activities around Nannup and further afield.
Our hosts, Louise and Chris, were both knowledgeable and extremely helpful, ensuring a carefree stay.
The included continental breakfast was great, with freshly baked bread and muffins each morning. Complimentary cake was available with the tea and coffee in the classy, well appointed sitting or reading room.
Highly recommended.

Holberry House is a beautiful building, set in 4.5 wonder acres of landscaped gardens, only 2 minutes walk from the main street of Nannup. The rates are reasonable, the amenities are good, and Louise is a knowledgeable host who is skilled at making her guests' stay enjoyable.
A full cooked breakfast is available (as can be a dinner platter), but the continental breakfast is lovely.
I will go back - and I would recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I (along with my sister and her partner) stayed at Holberry House for a week and it was perfect. Louise is an exceptional host, generous and unobtrusive. The house itself is lovely, the spaces are beautifully styled and the gardens are stunning - we spent many evenings wandering through them! The location is perfect for exploring the National Parks in the area and for zipping over to Margaret River for day trips. We would definitely stay again!

My partner and I have just spent a few days in the South West staying at different B & B’s.
Holberry House was by far the best of these. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and set among lovely gardens. The rooms are very well equipped with interesting reading material scattered around. The main living area contains lots of games for use by the guests.
Louise was away on a short break but we were well looked after by Chris, whom we had a nice chat to. Fresh cake was provided for guests to enjoy with an afternoon cuppa.
The peacefulness of the place struck us as soon as we arrived here. The gardens are very well maintained, full of birds and we spotted a Quenda scampering around the garden.
Breakfast was excellent. Continental not cooked but very tasty homemade bread and jams, delicious muesli, fresh fruits and excellent coffee.
When we return to the region this is definitely the place we will stay.

Holberry House is "Lodge Style / Hotel" accommodation at its best. A wonderful place to stay and relax in the beautiful surroundings with a pool & huge park gardens located on a secluded small acreage on the edge of town. The rooms are immaculately clean and full of old world charm. Continental breakfast includes homemade bread and muffins! The host Louise is delightful and caters to your every need. An excellent Adults Only couples retreat and the perfect place to escape in the wonderful little paradise called Nannup !

Thanks Mark for your review, we appreciate this. Have you seen how the National media are now covering the Nannup emus! They have become quite the talking point. We look forward to having you stay again if you are in the region, regards Louise and Chris

A place full of character and charm. Only there for 2 nights, wish it could have been longer. Love the cake served in the afternoon - who can resist a slice of chocolate cake with a cuppa? Louise went out of her way to reassure me (the city girl) flapping about the nearby bushfire (turns out it wasn't that near!).

Holberry House offers charming accommodation only a stone’s throw away from the middle of Nannup town. The olde worlde decor effuses a homely and welcoming atmosphere. It is no surprise that brides chose the beautiful grounds in which to say “I do”. The buffet breakfast is generous and offers home made treats along with a cooked breakfast option. Captivating collectables dot the spacious lounge area. During my stay the temperatures were in the high thirties, so I took a dip in the sparkling pool. Bliss!
