Writing a review not as a paying customer but as a victim of cyclone Seroja. Juanita - the property manager - offered my coworker and I a place to stay after our house was totally damaged (no roof and fallen support beams). Not only was she accommodating but also made sure that we felt comfortable; she made sure we had torches, coffee, food, and a comfortable place to sleep. We stayed for 2 nights and it was more than we could ask for!! Juanita is an incredible person inside and out!

We stayed at another "seafront" villa in Feb and were unimpressed, what a difference this place is. Clean, spacious, modern, truly made for a beautiful stay. Easy walking distance to most eating places. Happy to recommend to others.

We are a family of five and really enjoyed spending a week here. The communication is great and friendly. The accommodation is very comfortable and the complex is great with a centrally located pool. Beach and shops are very close by. Highly recommend

We had no problem at all with the accomodation it was well worth it. Apon arrival our rooms where downgraded and the only response the current manger gave us is “honestly don’t go there my days been hard enough as it is and I don’t need this” and said we should be great full she was able to fit us in regardless of us booking in 6 weeks prior with our booking confirmed. We received an abusive phone call the afternoon of Is checking out with threats of the police getting involved because we “Trahsed the room” due to us leaving the rubbish room by the bin and leaving dried dishes on the drying rack and afew crumbs on the counter” as per the photographic evidence she provided. This would be a lovely place to stay as a couple/ family get away but with the current manager I would steer clear unless you want to be charged extra for what you would expect as general hotel service.

Perfect spot on the beach. Definitely get a room with beach views. Very close to the shops . Great pool in the middle of the complex . If yr not swimming at the beach yr swimming at the pool. So relaxing.
