Not worth the $2000+ we paid but We stayed in a 1 bed apartment. From the get go you can see how this resort has been left to fall by the wayside. Blocks left as unfinished slabs with exposed piping as you pull around to your parking, great start. The pool area needs a re-think, the flooring scratches the kids legs to bits when they get in and out, the sun loungers are falling to bits and I’m 100% sure no one is maintaining the cabanas. The restaurant prices are extortionate for what you get. We had room service on the Saturday and Sunday and by Tuesday morning the tray of dirty food dishes was still sitting outside our room despite housekeeping having been in and myself having called down twice to remind them. As others have said. Housekeeping is literally a bed make, no re-stock of milk/tea/coffee or shampoo etc. The icing on the cake was the cockroaches that began to appear in our room on night 3. The whole place is in a state of disrepair. The air conditioning vents and bathroom extractor look like they’ve never been cleaned. Same for the balcony area.

Spent a quick five days here in September. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Great evening meal there but breakfast was very ordinary for the price. Cocktails around the pool and at the bar was very popular. Hotel is well position between the beach and the harbour.

We had an amazing stay in an ocean view room. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Anouk, and we had the best experience. We couldn’t hear any noise from the other rooms. Our spa bath was large and comfortable. The food was delicious and the coffee and hot chocolates excellent.

Being the only resort hotel in the area we didn’t have high expectations. We understood we were paying a high room rate due to demand being so strong. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival. Staff very friendly and accommodating and we were invited to use the hotel facilities whilst we waited for our room. Our flight got in at 9.30am. The pool whilst not massive was big enough and there’s an adjacent kids pool which families loved. Plenty of loungers and some little pod cabanas. Even though the place was full you never had to wait or get up at the crack of dawn to place a towel on a lounger! We chose a superior ocean view room which was very comfortable with a large bathroom with jet spa bath and separate shower. No fault with room. Large balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. Just perfect. The staff makes this place, always friendly, accommodating and there were plenty of them. Another bonus is the complimentary shuttle bus into town and back. Great friendly service again.
