Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Had a great camping experience at Bullara. Staff were attentive, food was exceptional, we even bought beef to take home. Facilities were clean and well maintained, campground easy to navigate, quirky sculptures, animals just roaming around, great camp kitchen. Our only gripe and it is a very small one - is that the cafe be open longer hours, especially for new arrivals. It would have been great to pop in for a snack, drink or icecream after the long drive.

They say that Disneyland is the happiest place on earth. Not true! The happiest place is Bullara Station. The staff there are always happy which flows down to the guests, adding to your your overall experience. We stayed at Kappock cottage and loved our time there. Very comfy accommodation with everything you need including your own bbq & fire pit. Full size fridge, stove, oven TV. The cottage is very private & fenced off from the main area but still close enough to all the action. Make sure you book for burger night. They are a joy to eat & the theatre of how they are cooked & prepared is another fantastic experience not to be missed. We also enjoyed a wonderful dinner in the Woolshed with stunning food from award winning chefs Toby & Maree. Don’t forget the excellent coffee,

I love the way cattle stations open up their gates to provide an alternative to regimented, crowded caravan parks. Bullaro does this exceptionally well. They are incredibly hospitable, well organised, and offer everything a camper/caravanner needs. Large sites that aren’t on top of each other, rustic yet clean and functional amenities, a great cafe and plenty to do for all ages. And very dog friendly too. Well done and thanks to everyone at Bullaro.

We had two stays at Bullara on our way to and out of Exmouth. It's a great (and obviously very popular) stop over for travellers around the mid west, either from Karijini heading west or from Coral Bay and Exmouth if you're heading over to the gorges. We really enjoyed the restaurant quality meals, the hot showers and the professional way the place is run. It fills a niche in the station stay market in this area with its style, friendly staff and outback authenticity. Thoroughly recommended.

We just had our 3rd visit to Bullara. This station never disappoints. We were lucky enough to have dinner at the long table event and it was amazing. The food, atmosphere, entertainment and staff were outstanding. Burger night was awesome too. I would highly recommend this station, it’s a 10/10 from me. Thanks team Bullara for another amazing stay. We will be back

The evening dinner is not to be missed. Walks in the morning and scones with morning coffee completed the joys of the experience. It would be helpful if there could be some signs indicating directions to the Wool Shed Restaurant and exits would make it easier to walk to key places, especially at night.

Bullara was recommended to us so we thought we’d stay for my birthday & have dinner at the Table restaurant. The beef was melt in the mouth, couldn’t fault it. Desert was Pavlova with local soured fruit. We also had to try the scones whilst we we’re there. Yum yum they are a must if at Bullara. We did the walks which are short but nice & the animals are friendly. The amenities are funky but very clean & the water is hot. There is a dump point for caravaners.

Had trouble getting a booking as my iPad was broken, so called and the lovely lady who booked us was extremely helpful and professional. Stayed 2 night at Bullard Station on a friend’s recommendation. Lots of parking bays for caravans, staff very helpful and seem to love their jobs. Had a very good bay beside our friends, they decided to stay another 2 days, but we had a prior booking. Wonderful idea how the ground staff show you to your bay. Friday night, wonderful, lots of people at the “Fantastic Burger Night”, the best burger I have ever eaten, and I am not a burger lover. Blows the old Barn Hill format away. Please don’t change, ‘cos you are on a winner, haven’t heard anything negative about the station from anyone. Bruce and Sheryl.

Brilliant station stay. Our 2nd visit and we were once again extremely impressed with everything- a really friendly place all round with great amenities, great coffee & the best scones! Large sites so you’re not on top of your neighbour. Plenty to do especially if you have a boat to go fishing at the bottom of the gulf. it’s a half hour to Coral Bay for a days snorkeling & swimming, and an added bonus was live music around the campfire. Will definitely be a place we will come back to again
