Thank you Edwina, Tim and the fabulous Bullara team.
If there is one experience all Western Australians should have is a stay at Bullara From the moment we arrived on a very hot summers day the station was welcoming. The reception from the booking staff to the meet and greet with Gilly and Dean gave us the immediate impression that this was more than a job. This was a place they treated as their home and they were welcoming us into it. Everything from the cleanliness of the grounds to the staff presentation in uniforms told us that they were proud to work at. This station stay
Bullara accommodation offered we non camper/caravaners with choice. Our first night was spent in the Shearers Quarters which were superbly appointed and clean. The next two nights we were joined by family from Melbourne and relocated to Kapok Cottage. The cottage was ideal for the family and the access to the pool was a godsend for those who were not used to the extreme heat.
Bullara Station has an array of activities and facilities from walks to outdoor showers and dinners at The Table.
The highlight was Friday Burger night. Absolutely fantastic. The staff were full of energy and enthusiasm which was the reason a crowd was attracted. Fabulous fun, great food and good music.

What more can we say but thank you Bullara. This was one of the best holidays we have ever had. Our only regret is we did not come up earlier.

Our two night stay at Bullara was a truly wonderful experience. The new safari tent was the best we have ever stayed in Australia wide. It was spacious, stunningly decorated, spotlessly clean, comfy bed, beautiful modern bathroom, fabulous deck with BBQ, quiet and nicely set away from the other camping areas. Burger night with live music was a wonderful experience and the burgers delicious. Scones enjoyed on the lawn area each day were scrumptious. We enjoyed walks around the station including one to watch the sunset. Relaxing on the deck was the perfect way to wile away an hour or two in the afternoon.
We had a well equipped kitchen and could self cater but next time would love to try their evening meals and damper nights.
All the people working there that we met were friendly and helpful.
Tim and Edwina have created a magical experience at Bullara and we would love to return.

This place is an experience not to be missed. An oasis in the outback where every night is filled with great food and the opportunity to exchange stories with fellow travellers.

It’s also a good location for a day trip to Coral Bay or slightly longer to the Exmouth peninsula and Cape Range national park.

A wonderful experience of a glimpse at station life. A great educational tool for many kids & their parents.

A really well run established caravan park with different accommodation options, all with a rustic quirky edge. The new ablution block has bucket showers & a gas hot water
system. Camp kitchen is well equipped

Happy hour , dinners & the daily coffee & scones are well worth trying.
Communal fire pits & openair showers by personal choice, the ‘donkey’ is the source of hot water!

People of all abilities & ages are catered for at Bullara ( seasonally open)

if you’re thinking about coming to Bullara Station… stop thinking & BOOK NOW! It was just perfect. We split our nights in the Bell Tent & the Shearers Lodge. They were both incredible!! The Bell tent is tucked away with privacy and it’s a beautiful glamping set up! The Shearers Lodge is central and right next to your morning coffee! We loved the quirky bathrooms and We had a donkey shower everyday.. I sure do miss showering outside / under the stars! 😭 The staff at Bullara are so lovely, everyone is so helpful and kind! We had the best coffees every morning too, along with the UNBELIEVABLE sausage rolls and scones!! Those are a MUST eat! Also our dinners. Toby & his wife made the most delicious meals and they also are the most lovely people! You could tell with every meal there was intention, passion, and love behind it! My partner also has an anaphylactic allergy and they were able to accommodate that which we are so appreciative of! Well worth it for the dinners, we booked in each night we could! We are so happy we chose to stay at Bullara Station! If we are back in the area again in the future we will 100% choose Bullara again! We already miss it! Thanks to everyone at Bullara for a magical stay ❤️

We had a fantastic stay for 2 nights at Bullara Station. Sites were big and easy to access. Cleanest ablution blocks I have ever seen at any caravan park or station, well done to the lovely ladies who have the horrible task of cleaning these daily. Cafe was so good. Great coffee, scrumptious sausage rolls and amazing scones. Our long table dinner was also so yummy and a great way to meet fellow travellers. Informative sessions around the campfire and entertainment on certain nights as well. We will definitely be stopping in at Bullara station in the future.

What a fantastic stay. Love the scones and cappuccino. It is a very rustic station stay but well worth going to. They have both powered and unpowered sites with is a water or no water. Water can be put in your caravan on the way in. Lots of lovely walks. Highly recommended to people who are able to take a little bit of off-road and a tiny bit of dust. Well done to John for his wonderful damper and the entertainment

Stayed in one of the shearers lodges for an overnight stay on the way in to Exmouth and then 3 nights in a tent in the camp ground on the way out.
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience from the moment we drove through the gates, Tim and Edwina have done a fantastic job of capturing the "outback experience ", and nothing looks out of place, very friendly helpful staff, all facilities are spotlessly clean, plenty of showers and heaps of hot water and pressure .
Dinner at the long table was fantastic and a great way to socialise, Friday night birger night on fire with live music is a must aswell as barista coffee and scones from the Cafe.
Unfortunately we didn't get to the damper night on Wednesday, a fantastic place to stay for all ages and plenty of room to spread out, it was fully booked when we stayed however it did not feel overcrowded at all.
Don't drive past.

Bullara Station was meant to be a stopping off point between Exmouth and Coral Bay but after reading reviews we thought is was worth two nights, and it was. Coming from Eastern Australia, we had never stayed in anything like a real outback cattle station. The site is sprawling - buildings and sheds plus the caravan park spread over quite a large area. What really makes it special is that although many of the amenities have been purpose built for accommodation they have retained a lot of the old machinery, buildings and building materials. So it really looks great and yet is very functional. The room we stayed in doesn't look great from the outside but is really nice inside. The restaurant is an open shed built over the top of a much older shed, and is a lovely place to sit. The walks into the bush are really nice too - best early in the morning or in the evening. We would come again.

Highly recommend an overnight stay here. Campsite and all facilities were absolutely spotless and nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. The station is full of history and a real WA outback vibe. Loved it.

As reported in the review, we spent the night in one of the 6 rooms of the Shearers Lodge. We do not know the prices for the other accommodations. If you call they are very polite. If you decide to go, consider booking the restaurant as it only has 32 seats. Regards
