We stayed on a powered site 1 night on the way to Exmouth and 1 night on the return journey. We loved it ! Staff really nice and helpful, the toilet and shower really clean, the kitchen area very clean too, the cafe is open in the morning from 8.30am, we had the scone and brownie, absolutly deliscous ! there is plenty animals and hikes to do. Perfect stop betwenn Coral Bay and Exmouth ! Also the sell there own meat, maybe the best Rump Steak I ever had !
Bullara Station stay is for adults more so than children. No pool as some advertising says but lots of old farming equipment and woolshed articles to observe. The damper (one slice) was delicious. Internet was only available at the woolshed and the red dust was everywhere. Scones and cream were generous servings.
We live in Exmouth and when we saw the 'last burger night for the season' advertised on Facebook, we had to go! This was our first overnight stay at Bullara and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The people, the atmosphere, the facilities and the environment..everything invites you to come in and stay awhile. The Burger Night was great entertainment in itself, with arguably the best burger cooking barbie you'll ever see, a great way to socialise with other campers, enjoy some great entertainment and eat delicious Bullara beef wrapped in a bun! Served with effortless precision, even with 150+ guests, there was no rushing and everyone was fed quickly. The layout of the camping area is fabulous, with so many rustic and quirky things to see, beautiful bush walks and lots of interesting things to enjoy. Don't miss a stay at Bullara when the season reopens in 2022 and don't miss out on the scones with jam and cream !…
Bullara has so much to offer, including wildlife, farm animals, walk trails 4WDtrails and the delightful cafe. All facilities are maintained to a very high standard. Keep an eye out for the quirky sculptures and points of interest that have been installed for the interest and entertainment of the guests.
This was our favourite place to stay on our 10 day trip. It is quaintly rustic, very cared for and well looked after. There is even staff to show you to your room and all the facilities. We stayed in the shearers lodge which had a nice kitchen, gorgeous dining and lounge area, BBQ and bathroom in an area exclusively for those staying in the shearers lodge. We wish we had booked for more than one night and would highly recommend this place.
