Stayed here six nights in cottage 15 Teal. The beds were comfortable, the showers were strong and hot, the AC worked well, and the BBQ grill was clean and in perfect condition. Friendly welcome on check in and very responsive to questions by email. Nice to have laundry in the cottage - bring your own soap, though. Owners are clear on what is provided and what guests need to bring. Still, we were happy to find plenty of basics such as salt and pepper, tea, sugar, dishwashing soap, dishwasher powder, and garbage bags. Even a little container of milk in the fridge. The Internet worked fine for us. Our cottage was a short walk to the paved pathway along the bay. Wonderful morning walks were had along this trail. These accommodations are quite close to very many Dunsborough highlights. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever in this area.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming beachfront cottage! The location is unbeatable—stepping right out onto the sandy shores was a dream come true. The cottage itself is spacious and well laid out, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The kitchen was well-equipped with most appliances and utensils we needed, making meal prep easy and enjoyable.
However, there were a couple of minor downsides. The non-stick frying pans were a bit old and scratched, which could use an update. Additionally, basic essentials like salt and pepper were not provided, so make sure to bring your own.
Despite these small issues, we loved our time here and would definitely consider returning. It's a perfect getaway for those looking for a cozy, beachside retreat!

The configuration of the accommodation, attractive decor, comfortable furniture and quality appliances aim to please. Not to mention the close proximity to Dunsborough township and, of course, a few steps onto the lovely beach.
Disappointing for us (maybe comparing to similar priced accommodations) was the lack of "extras". It would have been lovely to find local soaps and shampoos/conditioners in the showers, as we hadn't packed our own, but were only supplied with the small round soaps wrapped in paper.
There were also no boxes of tissues ...one would have been find for a 2 night stay. No sanitiser ... definitely expected everywhere these days.
The fridge contained a 150ml carton of milk which necessitated making a trip to the local supermarket, luckily checking in before closing time.
There was a DVD player but, once again, no DVD's

We were over from the UK visiting family & they had booked a few days at Dunsborough Beach cottages. There were 8 of us staying at Ocean Reef cottage, with 4 bedrooms a huge living area & kitchen as well as a large patio area with BBQ. The accommodation was exceptionally good with everything you need, also just a few yards walk down to the beach. I would go there again if we were visiting & it is a lovely quiet place to relax

Just perfect, ideal location for a vacation to Dunsborough. Excellent beach access. Very clean villas choice of 2-4 beds, all amenities provided. Tip - take washing power and shower gels but everything else is provided. It’s a busy place to book early. Will definitely return.

Our cottage no 19 was lovely and clean with bright fairly modern furnishings.
Great cottage that would suit a family of 6.
Located close to the beach with a lovely sealed walking path across the front makes it ideal for those who love walking or quick access for children wishing to swim.
No 19 is opposite the pool.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom beach front it was beautiful. Amazing beach views beautiful furniture and appliances. It was heaven.

We spent five days here and had a very good stay. Our villa was a short distance from the beach which was very convenient for joining the walking track which runs right alongside the beach. The decor of the villa was a little tired but everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful. We would love to return as Dunsborough is such a lovely spot for a holiday.

Great location with a short stroll to the beach. The home featured high ceilings with an excellent outdoor living area. The property was very well presented, clean well fitted out.

I have just returned from a weekend stay at Dunsborough Beach Cottages with my Son. We stayed in one of the 3 absolute beachfront cottages - 'Coral'. What a dream location, amazing beach views and the cottage was to die for; beautiful high end furnishings, lovely art work, full kitchen, spacious, light and bright. Everything I could have dreamed of. We didn't want to leave. The couple who run this beautiful complex are just delightful. I can't wait to return in the not too distant future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Yes they do have washing machines. Also a dryer and a line outside.
