Farmer Oz and Jo gave us the most amazing holiday for our family and friends. We had planned it as a birthday present for our 8-year-old son, since he loves animals and farms, and what an amazing stay it was. The sign out the front welcoming us to our cabin was such a nice touch and made us all feel very welcome. The cabin was nice and clean with nice towels ready on the bed. There is ample room inside the cabins and even though we were two families it never felt cramped. All the children ran out straight away to play around the back and on the play equipment and we were able to watch them from the back patio while enjoying a warm coffee. In the morning, we all got ready to go and help feed the animals and we all loved it. You get up close and personal with them and we even helped to collect the eggs from the hens, my son loved it! The area around the farm has so much to offer as well, since it is in the middle of the Margaret River region. Nothing is more than 20-30 min away at the very most and there is a lot of exploring to do. We had asked nicely for if it was possible to have a fire that evening and when we came back from exploring it was already done and we could enjoy dinner and marshmallows by the fire. The next morning this lovely couple helped us to celebrate our son in the most amazing way! We cannot be more grateful for the wonderful memories that you helped to create for our family and a thank you will never be enough. May you be very blessed for all your hard work and for being the amazing people that you are. Thank you

The Sloan family

We had an amazing stay at Kerriley Farmstay. We were in the Rosella unit which we found to be extremely clean and nicely presented. There are toys, games and DVDs for the kids, the kitchen is well stocked with white goods and cooking utensils and there is a small Landry with washing machine. Air con is extremely effective at warming the chalet and adjacent bedrooms.
There is a playground which our kids aged 5,6and 8 loved. However the highlight for them was definitely the daily animal feeds in the morning. They loved holding and feeding the rabbits and guinea pigs. The owners Austen and Jo facilitate the daily feeds and are so friendly. The farm stay is well situated close driving distance to Dunsborough, Busselton, Margaret River. We highly recommend this farm stay!!!

I stayed here with my family, including two young children (under 4.5 years). The location is great - in the bush, secluded but still 10-15 minutes from Vasse, Dunsborough etc. Our accommodation was cosy and basic but it had everything we needed. We had a three bedrooms, which included 2 x queens and 2 x bunk beds. The grounds had a huge two storey playground, a mini sandpit area, pool, fire pit and bush tracks. Every morning we helped feed the animals, which included rabbits, pigs, emus, chickens, sheep, goat, Guinea pigs. My children LOVED it! Everyone was so kind and lovely. Highly recommend and we will definitely return.

We went there during the July school holidays, great place for the kids, they loved feeding the animals. There's also a playground which they enjoyed. Unfortunately, due to the wet/moist conditions, there wasn't a fire to toast marshmallows, even though the owner gave it his best effort. Thanks for that. Cottage was ample , toys there too, tv, everything you need. Would highly recommend it for younger kids and not far if you want to travel to Dunsborough , Busselton or Yallingup. We had a lovely holiday. Thank you to the owners. Judy B

Our family of 4 (including 2 young children) had a fabulous time at Kerriley Farm. Joanne was warm, friendly, and a great host and ensured we were comfortable and well looked after especially during the morning animal feeding sessions (love the Guinea pigs, bunnies and alpacas).

It was surreal and amazing to be out in the nature - lots of stars at night! Cottage was a short 15 min drive to dunsborough (eateries and supermarkets). We also enjoyed visiting the Ngigli caves and Cape Naturaliste lighthouse. Wild Hops brewery (a few minutes drive away) was great for lunch too. We hope to be back again at Kerriley :-)

I feel compelled to write this review so that no-one else is disappointed with their accommodation at Kerriley. We booked Rosella Cottage for three nights.

When we arrived mid afternoon we found the cottage to be suffocatingly hot. Granted it was a hot day but windows in the cottage had been left wide open which of course let the heat in. We immediately located the air conditioner, turned it on and set it at 18 degrees to cool the place down before the rest of the party arrived. We looked for air con units in the three bedrooms but there were none. When accommodation is advertised as having reverse cycle air conditioning I think the average person would think the whole cottage would be air conditioned. Gradually the two bedrooms closest to the air-con cooled off but it took till mid evening for enough cool air to float through to the back bedroom.

Wonderful 9 day stay in Banksia chalet. Lovely ambience with a great lounge/kitchen dining area. Kitchens are well stocked with all the necessary kitchen implements. Great to have a expresso coffee machine, teas and normal coffees provided. Great comfortable beds in nicely decorated rooms. BBQ to use if required, and all necessary white ‘goods’ washing machine, great sized fridge. Air conditioning very effective if you leave the bedroom doors open then bedrooms cool very nicely. Also a small air conditioning unit to use in a bedroom. Excellent bed room for children to use with a great supply of games, books and Dvd’s and excellent children’s play ground and a good ‘plunge pool’ Really lovely friendly hosts who go over and above should any issues arise. The animal feeding at 8.30 in the morning is wonderful for our families children. Lovely to see the Peacocks and the wild Kangaroos in the morning and evenings, very special treat. The hosts Joanne and Austin are so lovely and friendly and are very knowledgable about great things and places to go in the local areas of Dunsborough, Busselton and Margaret River. A very memorable holiday we will definitely be returning.

Just wanted to add to the positive reviews that Kerriley Park Farmstay has been receiving lately. We enjoyed our stay in Rosella. Our kids had a blast feeding the animals and then going in the pool or on the playground. All the toys and games in the bedroom were an added bonus. Any little minor inconveniences like a bug in the house or Telstra reception is to be expected out there and didn’t put a dampener on things. Will keep recommending this farmstay to our friends and would have no problem staying again while our kids are still young.
Perfect for families with kids under 10 years who want to be positioned somewhere with plenty of space between other chalets and relatively close to Busselton, Dunsborough and Margaret River.

We stayed in the cottage called Banksia. It has three bedrooms and is very well equipped. Everything was clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. A great base for visiting Margaret River, Albany and the surrounding area. Lots of animals to feed and pet. I totally recommend this place.
