After waiting a week for a response to my complaint and not receiving one I decided that they obviously aren't interested in rectifying any problems. The ensuite bathroom was dirty and the mould could be smelt. Not an overnight problem but indicative of ongoing lack of cleaning. I stayed there a few years ago and it was not like this. Website advertised cooked breakfast and dinner and never were available.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, however was disappointed as the tiling in the shower had mould growing in the corner and a half roll of toilet paper provided was inadequate. The dining room(which is advertised on their website is closed) and of the three food/restaurant menus in their information folder are closed down. It would be a very good idea to update the website and the info provided in the rooms.

Basic but clean and comfy. The property is old and not modern at all but the beds were comfy and the unit was very clean. It would be nice if there was water in the fridge. Also the restaurant on site wasn’t open so had to get out for dinner but the Hotel wasn’t far and there’s an IGA next door and the Fruit Barn is across the road which has 24 hour fuel.

Stayed here for 3 nights. It was full every night, due to it being the only place in town really. It was relatively clean, but don't expect anything too flash. Room wasn't serviced in 3 days, despite a note saying "please rinse out glasses and they will be replaced daily" in the room. Nothing was replaced. No niceties like shampoo, but at least there was soap. For $150 a night, I expect better - stayed in Sydney at a Quest for $140 a night and that was 5 star compared to this. It is adequate.

Pleasant stopover in Donnybrook motel everything was clean and comfortable. Very reasonably priced and good for our family gathering down the road . Slept well all needs catered to . We would have stayed for breakfast but tried out local cafes

Stayed for a weekend and had a lovely clean spacious room and king bed which was very comfortable. The pool area was a nice bonus and the staff there, Gaye and Steve, were very welcoming, extremely helpful and went out of there way to ensure we had everything we needed. Easy to walk around the town from the Motel and next door was a handy IGA. Thanks and would definitely stay there again.

Traveling for business and needed somewhere to stay as a midway point, Booking was easy and accommodating to our special requests for room type and access to power for our large catering vehicle. Rooms were large and had everything you would need for the average stay. Motel is located next to a shopping centre and across the road from a 24/7 service station so no issues with the location and getting late night snacks. A good selection of pillows and the best shower I have had in years (the shower head could strip paint of old boards). Overall a great stay and would happily stay here again before checking out other options nearby.

Great location, very clean and comfortable room; close to cafes, restaurants, shops, wineries and is just a drive away from other towns. The room has a kettle, toaster, microwave, a fridge and crockery/cutlery. We had a lovely 5 nights stay and the owners Bruce and Lynne were exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

We recently stayed at this lovely Motel for 2 nights. Our room was spacious for 3 people. It was very clean with comfortable beds and nice hot shower. Although the weather was cold, we were lovely and warm in our room. Unfortunately, the dining room was closed while we were there as the owners were away, but we hope to be able to experience their home style cooking when we come to stay again. (We hope you enjoyed your break away Lynne and Bruce). We would highly recommend this Motel to anyone exploring Donnybrook and surrounding area.

We have stayed here twice in the past few weeks. The first as a family with grandkids and recently as a couple. The motel rooms are spotless and the owners are very friendly. We felt very welcome on both occasions. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are warm and it is quiet at night. Exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely stay here each time we come to Donnybrook
