Known for its Cray fish and fishing fleet the park sites proudly overlooking the beautiful South beach. These commanding views are enjoyed by the most of the cabins accommodation capturing 180 degree views of the ocean and the amazing sunsets.
Dongara Tourist Park also provides for those wanting to caravan and camp with large sites with trees for shade and privacy from your fellow travellers. The park offers laundry facilities and a beautiful outdoor BBQ facility surrounded by plants and art works. The children love the jumping pillow and all of this is located right on the beach and a few minutes walk to restaurants, pub fish and chips and a general store.

Brilliant thank you, position is perfect, seaweed odour not so pleasant tbh. Unit was first class, clean, very comfortable. Upgrade was also much appreciated, staff were first rate too. Wish we could have stayed a few more days

Thank you for your review and so happy you found the accommodation met your needs. Yes the seaweed can be a bit smelly at this time of the year. It all gets washed out to sea in autumn and this happens all along our coast providing invaluable fertiliser for the acres of seagrass that are essential for the breeding of our billion dollar crayfish industry. Having said that I do hope you managed to have a feed of crayfish while you were in Dongara ...if not you must return for that treat. We have stayed here before,this is a fabulous caravan park and won't be the last time we stay there. Dongra in great place to holiday. We'll be back. Dogs love it as we do. Dogs welcome love swimming in marina.

Such lovely and friendly staff and a wonderful clean park with great facilities! Great location to the port Denison marina and local swimming beach with a lovely cafe 600m down the beach! If you’ve been travelling a while and are missing home the bbq/garden area feels like you’re sitting in someone’s Mums backyard which we loved!

We stayed in our van on a powered site. The team here are amazing and very accommodating. We had to extend our booking twice due to ill health of our dog and they were so understanding and helpful. The park is super tidy and well maintained.

Expensive for a one night stop Clean site cool jumping cushion for the kids to keep entertained. Would be good a gate around to keep the kids from darting Infront of cars ect. But you cant tailor everything for kids just an idea :)

Love it..had a fabulous site ( all sites are) clean and tidy all round. Friendly staff. Close to the best beach. We were only going to stay a few days but we extended our stay. We also had our 2 dogs with us. Be back for sure.

Lovely, informative staff at reception. We stayed 4 paid 3 - it was pretty windy weather but the upper sites are reasonably well protected and tree lined, and dog friendly. Easy walking distance to beaches, marina and pub (had a great lobster feed!) and we followed the walking trails across the river to Dongara township and back. There’s a bit of whiffy seaweed build up at the parks direct beach access, but go further down and the crystal clear water and white sand is gorgeous! You can drive on that beach if you prefer, just follow the road down from the entrance. We snooped through the other parks and glad we chose this one. Loved our stay, thanks crew!
