WESTERN AUSTRALIA’S WILDERNESS ESTATE Five hours from Perth and twenty minutes from Denmark, the secret turn-off (for those in the know!) to Parry Beach Breaks will emerge. Take it, you’ll have no regrets. Parry Beach Breaks features four beach houses, available for holidays and lazy long weekends away, but which are also ideal for your wedding preparation and honeymoon. Sitting high on the coast and featuring all-encompassing views of William Bay National Park, the beach houses are self-contained and private. They are the perfect well-appointed mix of carefree beach house and low-key luxury accommodation. With incredible views from almost every window. Once settled, crack open a bottle of red and melt in the warmth of a wood fire, or bask in the summer sun on the terrace. The beach houses offer state-of-the-art kitchens and outdoor facilities that are ideally suited for relaxing intimate dinners and lazy brunches. Wake in a king-sized bed to views of the sea and the laugh of a kookaburras. Venture out to explore the coastline, wineries and bushwalks. And afterwards? Watch the moonrise whilst soaking in the decadent bathtub of warm rainwater and bath-salts with sparkling in hand. Spend some days in solitude in the deep south, turn off the phone and enoy the wilderness together, without a care in the world. Immerse yourselves in the Westralian sun, salt and natural surrounds – these are delights of the rarest kind. Exclusive as a result of it’s compelling remoteness, you will be left in awe of Parry Beach Breaks.

We came for a family ‘Wonder out Yonder’ on a winter weekend. Somehow we ended up with the most amazing sunny weather for our stay but also kind of wished we’d caught a cold, stormy weekend. This place would be equally amazing for both. From the moment we walked in the front door we were greeted with simple luxury, not too flashy, not overdone but beautifully simple luxury. Our villa smelt amazing, thanks to the beautiful Ashley and Co reeds and toiletries and that was just the start. No detail was spared in the interior design, the beautiful timber table, the amazing art on the walls, the feature lighting, the gorgeous flooring, the luxururious deep bath tub. The placement of the villa had us taking in the amazing sunsets and sunrises, the beauty of the mist rolling in over the bay and even the rising, one day off full moon. And oh, the stars on the beautiful clear nights. Thank you guys, you exceeded all of our expectations. We’re definitely coming back next winter!

PBB is a relaxing wilderness retreat 4.5 hours out of Perth. Situated 20ish mins out of town, it is the perfect distance away from everything - beaches, restaurants and town but still close enough that you still feel connected. The accommodation has panoramic views of Parry beach, is immaculately maintained, modern and spacious. Highly recommend PBB as a wedding venue/ weekend away.

Our Family of 5 Stayed for 10 days. The staff were very welcoming and obliging. We felt very welcome on arrival. The accommodation was spotless and modern and we had everything we needed to make our holiday special. The attention to detail was appreciated. Every room had it own unique view. It was a quiet sanctuary to relax in after exploring the outstanding local attractions. There was more than we anticipated to do. And we could never get enough time on the spectacular beaches so will be returning soon. Thankyou

We stayed here end of January 2021, house was very nice and setting with the view is stunning. However, we have 3 young kids. When entering the property there is a big list of rules. One of the rules was I think "hand print on a window or wall is a $50/$100 fee" "excessive noise is a $500 fee" so having young children these rules instantly made us feel stressed. Don't stay here if you have young children, you will be yelling at them and anxious the whole time watching them making sure they don't put a hand print on a wall, door etc. Also the driveway is so steep our youngest who just turned 2, while we were outside packing the car went down the driveway on his bike and we ran after him but we where too late he took a bad tumble thankfully he was ok. The oven sounded like it was about to explode and it took so long to cook food. We made sure we were out most of the day with our kids because we didn't want to be charged these fees for these long list of rules, it was a bit disappointing when you book a stunning place then are met with all these rules. I understand that you have to put rules in place, but find it a bit excessive.

Thanks for taking the time to review our property, our business has a transparency policy so that you are not caught unaware. We apologise if our terms made you feel uncomfortable, unfortunately there are a small minority of guests who are not as respectful as yourselves and this makes the rules necessary. We are glad to hear your son is ok after his tumble, we take safety seriously and will look into putting signs up to make parents aware of that the driveway is on a hill. We are onsite at all times and happy to address any concerns you might have, we have looked at the oven and fixed the issue. Thanks again for your feedback!

Once you get past the lengthy list of rules and regulations which are directed at you from before the arrival, the property is well situated, well appointed and comfortable. Our only issues were the stained carpet in the main bedroom which had not been attended to in spite of the 'rules' and the shortage of firewood in the wood box and in the storage shelter. Neither spoiled our enjoyment of the stay.
The shortage of wood caused a few hilarious moments when we brought in the last few logs out of the storage shelter and then had to deal with spiders, roaches and termites as they exited their homes(logs) inside the house. We made sure to alert the owners the next day, rather than repeating our error and the wood was replenished.
We could have done with a spare pillow for one of our party on the main bed, but as the other bedrooms were locked, they were out of range.
Whilst we are both elderly, we found the 13 pages of rules that were sent to us prior to our arrival to be most confronting and left us wondering what sort of customers the accommodation attracted. The rules had more in common with the lockdown rules in place in Melbourne, Victoria than a relaxing stay in the farming area of Denmark, Western Australia

its a really great place - however, when we booked out, we were charged an extra $500 because we used all of the bedrooms that were available for us in the house. They charged extra because they said we should have only used two of the three bedrooms for our family of 4. I have never experienced anything as obscene as this in terms of charging. Dont go, if you want to use the facilities - there might be hidden charges. Stay in Denmark instead.

We are sorry to hear this, Rather than charge our guests full occupancy rates, we price our beach houses based on actual occupancy and bedroom use. We do this to keep our pricing down for guests ensuring that they only pay for what they use. With all beach houses, the nightly rate is for guests using the allocated bedrooms only. You will note on your booking it will state 4 guests twinshare. Another easy way to note this is to See 'Included Occupancy' when hovering over pricing on our booking engine and in the terms and conditions agreed to when booking. To further assist with transparency we also have fee guidelines in our houses. We are always more than happy to accomodate requests for extra bedrooms however as per our conditions extra fees do apply.

This was a beautiful cottage; it was mostly private and the view was stunning.
Unfortunately overall the place lacked a sense of hospitality. There were lots of little things that made things more difficult then they needed to be. But it is the little things that make holidays flow easily and feel good!
There was a seemingly endless list of house rules that greeted you upon entry.
Unfortunately I didn’t realise that when you book a 3 bdr cottage as a small family, they lock all but 1 room. This made naps for our baby difficult to manage as the master room got very hot and bright mid morning.
They said tea and coffee was supplied, but there was 2 individual sachets of coffee and no tea or milk.
The pillows were super soft and there weren’t any spares to switch them out, also no spare blankets.
The kitchen was very sparsely stocked with no salad bowls/ chip bowls etc…
No soap in any clean up space except the toilet.
So it was nice, but it was a bit frustrating in many respects and could be a bit more generously appointed., which you would expect for a premium price tag.

We are glad you found our beach house beautiful and appreciated the view. We value your feedback and would like to address your concerns. As there is no on site office our business has a policy of transparency. All businesses have rules, these are displayed clearly for you so you have an understanding of what can and can not be done at our property. Our booking process is very clear regarding how many bedrooms you are booking, as per your booking you booked and paid for one bedroom, we do this to keep your cost down, so that you are only paying for what you are using. You can at any time during your stay call and pay for an extra room should it be needed, we are more than happy to oblige. In your terms and conditions it states that SOME supplies will be provided but that the houses are SELF CONTAINED and to please be sure to do a shop prior to arriving. We understand that self contained beach houses are not the sort of vacation that everyone enjoys and so we make all of this very clear on our booking procedures. We hope that this gives you some understanding of how our business works.

After getting past all the rules, regulations & information sent out prior to your stay it’s a tad overwhelming - similar to a similar post. Not sure what’s happened on previous stays with weddings, parties etc etc, but we had a less than interesting experience with the owners / manager.

Honestly, the facilities & location are truly amazing and the layout of the property is to be commended. But the unjustified behaviour of the owner / manager was really beyond comprehension when our daughter & her partner were accused of staying at the property when actually they were booked in nearby at the Parry’s Beach campsite. (The managers there are awesome by the way and volunteers).

Our kids attended the property several times to watch the footy and have a bbq which the owners were notified prior, then left to do the 5mins drive to campsite. During the next few days their van was left at the property whilst we all went touring and sight seeing throughout Denmark/Walpole..

We firstly received a text message accusing us that the kids had stayed the night, truth being they arrived from Mt Barker at approx: 8am after not wanting to risk driving at night.

After getting through this we then received a nasty phone call a few days later (From the manager) saying they had seen the van there too much and we were again harassed (nastily) accusing the kids of staying there & it was just uncalled for - really!!! Geez not sure of rules & reg’s, but I don’t believe we or they had done anything wrong. Come down & make yourself known if you have an issue as we would of loved to chat to you & stop hiding behind nasty text messages & crappy phone calls..

Therefore Parry’s Beach Breaks spoilt what was meant to be an enjoyable experience.

We recently returned for our second stay at this amazing accommodation. The house, the view and the owners are all fantastic. Loved staying there and have come home relaxed and happy. If you are visiting the South west region of western Australia do yourself a favour and stay a few nights at Parry Beach Breaks.

We stayed in the Lands End house. Everything was modern and spotless. Great wood fire kept the house warm. Lovely shower rooms but they just need a couple of hooks to hang your clothes on and a shelf to put your shampoo and soap on.
The bird life was fantastic with plenty of white tail cockatoos and other birds.
Fantastic views.
