Stayed at the Aiyana Retreat for a 4 x night birthday stay in February, opting for the two bedroom Leela , 2 bedroom spa Villa . This was ideal for a family of 4 ( 2 x kids ) .
tucked away in the bush but still relatively close to everything Denmark has to offer including the town itself ,
The accomodation offers high quality , from furnishing , decor , appliances etc , no expense has been spared , even beach towels provided and the cleanliness is of a high standard .
Seperate laundry area ,two outdoor areas with a webber barbecue .
The hosts and owners , are very accomodating and Gadi went out of his way to provide us with bikes so we could explore the tracks and local area .
All in all an enjoyable stay and as you would expect given the location , a few bugs around , particularly at night .
I would definitely recommend this as an option when visiting Denmark.

Recently spent 2 nights in the Mira Villa. Located in a quiet part of Denmark, the Villa is surrounded by native flora well back from the road. Interior of Villa is beautiful with timber flooring, quality windows treatments and furniture. Excellent TV and sound system includes Foxtel. Kitchen again has quality appliances and provides sufficient equipment for a self-contained stay. Bathroom consists of separate shower and spa bath. Bedroom is huge. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay only regretting we didn't stay longer to enjoy outdoor area as well.

This gorgeous property has been beautifully designed using local craftsmen. It smells deliciously of wood, and provides comfort and style. We stayed in Rumi, a one bedroom chalet, and found it had everything we needed for either a short or long stay (except for a washer and dryer). The kitchen is well equipped, and the bedroom has a lovely bush outlook with a curved picture window. This is an excellent place to base yourself to explore the south coast from Albany up to Walpole. Recommended.

WARNING!!!

Owner called and asked me to cancel my upcoming reservation as they couldn’t accomodate an extra child/bed in their Tao Room despite listings on Hotels.com allowing a two adult plus child to be booked.
He Happily hung up on me telling me it was an error with Expedia listing and that it’s a minimum 4 night stay.
I called him back telling him I’ll happily sleep myself or the child on the sofa and that his own website even listed Additional
Child/person for a fee but nope it’s a “Luxury Retreat”

Thanks for spoiling my upcoming trip down south mate!!!

Having made a booking in Sept 2023 for Easter 2024, paid reqd deposit and received confirmation, the owner (Gadi) informed us last week that our booking was now cancelled as the property had suffered a major flood and Leela (unit) would be closed for 6-8wks starting from early March. When looking for alternative places to stay this property appeared on multiple sites as available but with a minimum 5-night stay. Thanks for ruining our Easter wend and causing us more stress to find another place & obviously more cost too. Totally unaccetable.

Normally don't give a bad review but had to mention this one..

Stayed here for 3 nights trying to have a nice getaway with my wife and first time in Denmark.

Our stay was spoiled on the last day by the owner knocking on the door at 9.45am while my wife and I was naked in the bathroom trying to check out on time. He said the cleaner was coming dead at 10am and we needed to be out.

We always check out on time the only reason we needed till exactly 10am was because we were cleaning up the place and only minimal work for the cleaners. We are very tidy ourselves

The place is ok for the rate we paid probably because it wasn't school holidays..

Bed was sinking a bit and gave me a bad back,

I like they have a filtered jug and clean towels

Has a kitchen but no dishwasher.

Spa bath didn't really work well we had one similar before and was much better at blowing.

There is a creaking or knocking noise on the roof early morning which wakes you up, watch out for hoot hoot bird outside took me a while to find out what this noise was

Good luck anyone else!

On walking into the unit our first reaction was wow 🤩. The place was spotlessly clean like it had never been used. Classy appliances like Miele and Westinghouse. Fully equipped like my kitchen at home and a Weber bbq outside with table, chairs and umbrella. Good quality coffee and a large selection of tea in the kitchen. Welcoming chocolate in this living room. Lovely spa products, an abundance of towels and even beach towels adorn the bathroom. Surroundings are peaceful and it felt like we were the only people living in a forrest. Only complaint is that we did’t stay longer!

I have travelled all over Australia and the world and stayed in some lovely accommodation but this has to be one of the best. As soon as we walked in my husband said "we should have booked longer here" and he was right. We were very sad to leave after our 3 nights. We stayed in Mira and everything in this unit was lovely, from the floors to the furniture and the most comfortable bed. Gadi and Lalita are lovely hosts and they have done such a beautiful job in creating such a luxurious sanctuary. Gadi was helpful in providing information on the area and one morning even left us some delicious organic fruit that they grow on the property. We had a massage during our stay and it was amazing. I couldn't fault this accommodation and if we ever go back to WA I will definitely be looking to book here. Can't recommend it highly enough.

We have been holidaying in Denmark every year for the last 30 years and we thought we had stayed in every type of accommodation available until we stumbled across Aiyana Retreat. We had the pleasure of staying in Mira (5 Nights), a 1 bedroom luxury spa chalet that was a home away from home. It had almost everything we needed to make our stay a relaxed and comfortable one. The king bed was sooooooooo comfortable and the absolute peace and tranquility was amazing. We were so impressed we re-booked another stay in April 2020 in the Tao chalet for another 5 nights. Nothing was too difficult for our hosts Gadi and Lalita. Our chats with Gadi were very interesting and we would have loved to have spent more time getting further acquainted. Gadi's life experiences were intriguing, we could have talked for hours. Many thanks again for a beautiful experience in wonderful Denmark. Don't tell too many people about the fabulous region, they will all want to come and crowd the place.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to stay at Aiyana Retreat for the weekend of our recent wedding. From the moment we drove onto the property I felt a sense of relaxation (a perfect way to settle those pre-wedding nerves!) We stayed in the Mira Villa and I could honestly not fault it. Everything was finished with so much love and care. There was a beautiful amount of natural light that filtered through the villa. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept so well throughout our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and it had everything that we needed. There was also a beautiful outdoor area, and we were able to enjoy our morning cuppa outside amongst the trees - so gorgeous. Gadi and Lalita were incredibly accomodating, friendly and easy to liaise with. I could not recommend Aiyana more. We will definitely be back to stay - Thank you Gadi and Lalita!
