Great place. Stayed for three weeks in one of the larger two bedroomed bungalows, good communication with owner/cleaners. Very well equipped with all the facilities mentioned on the website but also some nice touches like the coffee/tea, salt/pepper, washing up liquid, washing powder, fly spray, games, and books. An easy walk to Wilson Inlet and Ocean beach and a long walk (an hour and twenty minutes) or a short car trip into Denmark. Enjoyed the outside space at the property, a quiet retreat to relax. Loved Denmark with numerous cafes and coffee shops and a large IGA.

Spent Three Nights in one of the studio's Self Check In was simple and easy to understand, the studio is a great size and very comfortable, Clean, with everything we needed for our stay. Wilson inlet across the way was a pleasure to look out at and enjoyed our walk every morning to Ocena Beach lookout. Well kept grounds plenty of room to enjoy the surrounding country side a short drive into Denmark and all it has to offer and of course the many beautiful Beaches. Looking forward to returning at Christmas.

The tv needs upgrading for night time when you just want to wind down after being out and about.....only a few channels available because it's so old. Free Wifi would be nice. Could do with a bigger fridge and better equipped kitchen....better pots, pans, sharp knives etc.
Apart from those points, a nice place to stay.

This was the second time we stayed at these cottages.. This time we booked 2 cottages for 4 nights each. Last time we stayed we were only there a couple of nights.

Why did we go back? Well sometimes you need to stay a little longer to see behind the fascade :)

My first night in the cottage, my young child was struggling to sleep - I thought i would stay up and read while they settled - i wish i hadn't. I saw a nice sized rat running across the living room floor. It seemed to know its way around because i could not find it after it went behind the fireplace.

Every night followed with lots of russling and scraping noises and the morning hunt to pick up droppings left behind. There seemed to be mice also - or maybe baby rats because there were smaller droppings also.

By day 3 I noticed everyone was coughing as they were sleeping - I myself was not enjoying the damp, musty smell that was developing in the bedrooms. I decided to check where the smell was coming from - Yes, it was the matresses - they were vintage.. beautiful floral pattern, probably 40 plus years old. They really stunk. They were obviously rotten and should have been thrown away a long time ago.

I wish i had not booked into this place again - If you want a nice clean place - find somewhere else.. this place is mutton dressed as lamb :) At 175 dollars - Your better off in a tent.

I'll upload pictures of the droppings shortly if it allows me.

We stayed in a spa cottage for two nights. The cottage was spacious and filled with light. Everything was clean and very comfortable. We overlooked the sea across the road which was a hundred meters or so away. The weather was unseasonably warm, allowing us to enjoy the view from the verandah. We didn't have a problem with traffic noise. The owners couldn't have been nicer. On one of our nights there they were away, but just said to leave the key in the room. Many thanks for a heavenly stay.

i would recommend this location as the villas are very spacious and clean. Excellent service. Villas 1,2,3,4 had a great outlook onto the inlet. Beds are comfortable and all items supplied within the villa. Excellent BBQ facilities available and very clean.

Stayed here for 4 nights in September.
Truly stunning part of the world, villas have a fab view of the ocean.
Accommodation has everything you could need for your stay, comfortable beds, fully resourced kitchen. Outside space is perfect.
The kids had a great time.

Stayed in Villa 1 for three nights in June. Great location - short walk to Ocean Beach and all surrounding sights, 7 min drive to town. Villa warmed up very quickly on even the coldest nights, and had everything we needed. Very clean, private; could hardly hear the heavy rain. Would definitely stay there again, in fact wouldn't even bother checking out alternatives, we were so impressed.

I stayed in Villa 4 for two nights with my family at the end of September. It is only a short 7-8 minute drive from the Main Street in Denmark. The villa was very clean and a comfortable place to return to after exploring the great attractions around the Denmark area. It was a good size as well. I enjoyed sitting out the front with a glass of wine, watching the bird life at the end of the day. The view over the river was very relaxing as well. Wish we had longer in Denmark.

I have to say how disappointed my partner and I during our stay. The buildings look like displaced school classrooms and our luxury spa villa did not have the view I was expecting. Through the tress you could just about see Wilson Inlet, but you had to look passing the road first. The accommodation was noisy due the road. It wasn’t worth sitting out on the decking because you couldn’t see anything and the road noise was intrusive. Be woken up at 6 every morning by drivers storming down the road was not the idyllic retreat I was expecting. Additionally, no one was on site to tell us where the BBQ was, but later established that this was communal – not what we wanted. But the most annoying and petty of issues was down to the fact that whilst there were only 2 of us, we quite literally had 2 cups, 2 spoons, 2 saucers etc. How mean is that? So you had to spend time washing up wasting water and time. The accommodation otherwise is of a good size. Unfortunately, the owner was never there to check you in or to put forward any views on what was very disappointing in terms of the hype and what was delivered. There is better accommodation elsewhere.
