This was a lovely place to stay, and would chose it again. I had a newly renovated room facing the beach, which I enjoyed. Stayed here two nights on a bus tour. The breakfast was lovely as was the dinners each night. The staff were friendly even when busy. I’ve had to put October because the date doesn’t go further back but stayed here September 2020. Thanks.

Nah. Unbelievably bad. Room tired but worse than that toe nail cuttings next to bed suggests a vacuum cleaner was not used. Not sure if the sheets had even been cleaned. Booked the restaurant two weeks before arriving as a precaution and made sure to arrive on time. Given a nice table and settled in. About to get the meal and was advised the table was double booked and so we were unceremoniously escorted to a an overflow room. One meal arrived early and we waited for a further 15 more minutes before the next arrived. I accept that it’s busy and the pandemic has stretched everyone but if I’m paying top dollar for accomodation and meals that’s just not good enough. Best if the management of this establishment set expectations and paced themselves for the capacity. Frankly, it was incredibly disappointing. Forget this establishment.

Very accomodating staff and the manager Tanthin is easy to approach and very action oriented. Overall, the place is awesome ! 🥰 Thanks all for your hospitality. Photo is the view from our room. Food is average! Too saucy. Bar is excellent. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Close to all and internet is well covered.

We stayed at the Heritage for 4 nights. We had a good size room and the bed was comfortable. The place is a bit dated and would benefit from a refurbishment. I was disappointed that the kitchen had no utensils or a toaster. There is a Microwave kettle and a coffee making machine. The view from our apartment was really lovely and we appreciated the sea breeze.

Good location if you prefer to stay in Denham and travel out to Monkey Mia. Not a lot of reasons to visit Denham otherwise. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. No cooking facilities, only a kettle.
