Excellent location, a few minutes walk to the sea, shops and petrol stations and less than a 30 min drive to Monkey Mia. Accommodation was clean and comfortable and had all the facilities needed for an easy stay, our unit had the boat stunning of views (unit 18). Management are particularly welcoming and helpful and there’s lots of local information available at reception. Very reasonable price. We would 100% recommended staying here.

This was a great location as we had a villa overlooking the ocean. The villa was roomy and had plenty of room for all our luggage, it also had a comfy bed and a modern kitchen. The room lost some points due to the shower being very small and had a wrap around curtain which was hard to shower as it wanted to wrap around you all the time, also the villa could do with a clean as there was mould and dirt around the windows. The villa is well situated with a 5 minute walk to shops and eateries. The owner was very helpful and very friendly.

These villas offer beautiful ocean views and are within easy walking distance of Denham's shops and cafes. Our kids loved Rum the dog. The accommodation is dated and quite basic. Beds were uncomfortable and we struggled to open the windows. The accommodation isn't really self-contained, as the kitchen is very basic and there isn't a washing machine or dryer in the villa. You have to pay to use their laundromat and the dryer doesn't work properly. Furthermore, they don't seem to like providing extra toilet rolls when requested...

Sorry you felt the beds were uncomfortable, our mattresses are all hotel-grade and locally manufactured in Perth and in last few years have been replaced. Please email or call and advise what else can be added to the kitchen as lots of our feedback is kitchens are well stocked with cutlery, crockery, electric frypan, pans, salad bowls, platter tray, convection microwave oven, hotplates, coffee plunger, kettle, and toaster, fridge / freezer. Correct there is no washing machine or dryer in the villas (also no room for them) and a communal laundry for guests to use and open 24 hours for your convenience. The dryers are new and have been working fine if you had issues could have said something and we are happy to help. We are self-contained villas not serviced apartments but do supply a complimentary starter pack in each villa which includes toilet rolls x 3, soap & shampoo, teas, coffees etc only . Regards OV Team

Beaut views from our pano villa. Always prefer the pano villas. Basic provisions but beds comfy. Tara is always welcoming and takes the time to be polite and chat. Rum is adorable. Park is quiet and strictly noise controlled. No dogs allowed. Plenty of parking for our small boat up the top. Walking distance to everything. Beach out front is beautiful. Fantastic location and great value well equipped accommodation. Stayed here several times in last 10yrs and hopefully many times more. Being so close to the beach as well as lovely warm pool makes for a very relaxing break. Plenty of local shops and good restaurants .

We stayed in a 2 br Panorama villa. The unit was very clean and beds super comfy. This is definitely not a luxury stay. Villas are quite basic in furnishings and amenities. The rooms could do with some maintenance for eg, most of the windows didn't open properly. We cut them a bit of slack on this as many properties suffered financially during covid and, in a way, this was expected. There is a nice view from the balcony, but you are looking over a car park and other villas' roofs. For us, the location was fantastic. We walked to all the restaurants and tour meeting points and loved that aspect of the property. There is a communal laundry with paid machines and you can hang laundry on the line if you don't want to tumble dry. Management was extremely friendly and accommodating. In terms of value for money, it was expensive but so is everywhere else in Denham. It is more remote and to be expected.…

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Pleased you all enjoyed your stay and enjoyed the views from the panorama villas and our location. All the windows open if you open the latch and slide, would have been happy to show you or come and do it for you. Our rates are in line with other properties in the area/region and are for 4 guests, Foxtel and WiFi and are fully self-contained so have the option of cooking. We are often told our rates are good and need to be increased! Business operation is not cheap and now wages have increased which flows to everything else. Regards OV Team
