We stayed in a 2 br Panorama villa. The unit was very clean and beds super comfy. This is definitely not a luxury stay. Villas are quite basic in furnishings and amenities. The rooms could do with some maintenance for eg, most of the windows didn't open properly. We cut them a bit of slack on this as many properties suffered financially during covid and, in a way, this was expected. There is a nice view from the balcony, but you are looking over a car park and other villas' roofs. For us, the location was fantastic. We walked to all the restaurants and tour meeting points and loved that aspect of the property. There is a communal laundry with paid machines and you can hang laundry on the line if you don't want to tumble dry. Management was extremely friendly and accommodating. In terms of value for money, it was expensive but so is everywhere else in Denham. It is more remote and to be expected.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Pleased you all enjoyed your stay and enjoyed the views from the panorama villas and our location. All the windows open if you open the latch and slide, would have been happy to show you or come and do it for you. Our rates are in line with other properties in the area/region and are for 4 guests, Foxtel and WiFi and are fully self-contained so have the option of cooking. We are often told our rates are good and need to be increased! Business operation is not cheap and now wages have increased which flows to everything else. Regards OV Team

We had a cabin (no. 11) in the third row back from the beach for 3 nights. Cabins in this row have a limited view of the ocean and are priced accordingly. Cabin was clean and had good facilities, including a table and 4 chairs on the verandah. We thought the layout of the rooms was not as good as it might have been. There was a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom. A single bed for a fourth person was in a "nook" between the living area and the bedroom. Only 2 lounge chairs faced towards the TV, the other 2 lounge chairs faced away from the TV. The complex includes a small swimmimg pool, a sheltered BBQ area with tables, and a guest laundry.

We stayed in a villa two rows back from the front for 5 nights. All the villas are stand alone and we did not hear any noise from neighbouring units. The villa was well appointed and had all we needed to cook our meals. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The villas are a short walk along the waterfront to the shops, and located on the quiet end of the main street. Tara was lovely and most pleasant to deal with. If you are blessed to see a brilliant red sky at sunset before a storm like we were, wow!

We booked for 7 nights but left after 5. We stayed in a balcony villa. The chalet itself is lovely and has great views. The issues we had were that all open areas on the grounds were covered in stones, and the kids aren't allowed to play anywhere these stones are, which is everywhere. We were told this very clearly at check in . The children also aren't allowed to skate, scooter, ride, or skateboard in the village. There is a " games room" and a pool. The pool was fine. The games room had a broken old ping pong table with broken bats and crunched balls..We did find one ball to have a game, though the room was very dirty. My son ended up playing out behind our chalet on the road. However, we got a lecture from the owner because he bounced his ball inside, and also apparently " played with the taps" ( he didn't, I was with him, he touched it said what's this, then walked away) . Also we had the chalet next to the stairs, so a huge floodlight shone on the bedroom windows all night. I could not sleep, even with towels and blankets hanging over the curtains . It's nice and close to town centre and the jettys for fishing. We saw a kangaroo outside our door, which was cool.

This is a good place to stopover. Friendly customer service and clean unit. The washer and dryer work well and are available even at night. If you’re on the road you’ll appreciate this as a real bonus. The plunge pool was very much needed. We did find it a bit hard to get AC to cool the bedroom at the far end of the unit. Free drinks at a local bar were used and very much appreciated.

For the price charged you would expect it to have higher standards of cleaning. The beds and towels smelled horribly. The curtains probably haven’t been cleaned since the opening, photo attached. No understanding of service.

Hello Joao, we saw and said hello to you several times on your way in and out - not once did you say have a concern or when you handed me the key. The towels and sheets are changed on EVERY departure as you would of seen us doing as we have big commercial washers and dryers (seperate to guest laundry). Tara, Willie & Rum, were wonderful hosts, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oceanside Villas and can't wait to return. The villas were just what we needed for our trip. They had plenty of space and everything we needed to have a comfortable holiday. The villas were directly across the road from the beach, where we were treated to the best sunrises and sunsets and emus walking down the road daily. We travelled in a group of 6 adults, so all had a 1 bedroom villa each, but we all dined together in the communal BBQ area each night. The villas are close enough to everything, that you can easily walk to the boat ramps, tourist centre, IGA, cafes, pubs & tourist shops. The beach out the front is perfect for a quick dip or a SUP board. Denham is a great place to base yourself when visiting Monkey Mia, as it is only 20 minutes away, and there is so much to see around Denham itself. The Villas also have plenty of parking for those travelling with boats or caravans and also have laundry facilities & a small below-ground pool for guests. I have no hesitation in recommending Oceanside Villas to anyone looking for accommodation in Denham and look forward to booking again soon with Oceanside Villas.

July 2022 - School holiday period was the second year in a row that we (Family and friends group) have stayed in Oceanside Village. Willie and Tara are fabulous hosts / managers and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and have all they need for a comfortable stay. The village accommodation is excellent with all the facilities one would require for a holiday stay and were very clean and well presented. The Village amenities (laundry / white goods just updated / Swimming Pool / BBQ area and Kids entertainment area) are all excellent and contribute to making this property the premium destination in Denham for a holiday stay. Wille and Tara were the key, they were terrific, Thank you - Dave and Kathy Haddow.

Excellent accomodation ! The villas are clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was the little extras that were really appreciated - like having some coffee, tea and milk to tide you over till you can get to the shops. Will definitely be staying here again !

The reality is it's probably the best in town, however although I booked the accommodation back in May, we were given a unit in the middle of a heap of other units which would have had a verrry limited view of the ocean. I had to prompt the owner about the ocean view rooms at the rear which had a great view which we were happy to pay at an additional cost. Yes, they were satisfactory and had cooking facilities, but they were dated and uninspiring. Not a painting on the walls, no tissues and the detergent under the sink had been watered down. And then 9am checkout, what's that about ??

Hello Sammy thank you for your comments, yes you booked a superior villa with a partial view (part of) which is the 2nd / 3rd row, the time you stayed we were busy with lots of guests staying longer than a couple of nights. We are a AAA 3 ½ * rated property. The detergent is not watered down and directly purchased from a local wholesaler. 9am checkouts is common around the bay because people have abused it by going out and not been back till later - (10.30 +) we have staff waiting (some have multiple jobs) to clean the villas and then guests are held up checking in - thank you for your understanding and apologies you never enjoyed your stay. regards OV team
