Congratulations to the owner/operators of this immaculately presented caravan park. From a warm friendly welcome to spotlessly clean modern and well maintained ablutions. Highly rate our stay here and absolutely recommend you choose this park.
Perfect family friendly little place. The staff were so accommodating and patient with the kiddies. The park itself was always clean, bins emptied, grounds raked, kitchen and bathrooms spotless. An absolute bonus was the bathrooms! Not only were they cleaned by staff once a day, all guests were strongly encouraged (and complied) with using the clean mop and bucket provided to clean up after themselves. As a mum, I knew i could walk into the bathroom at anytime and know it was going to be clean. WHAT WE LOVED - Male and female bathrooms with separate showers and toilets PLUS 8 ensuites which comfortably fit a parent and 2 kids. - 4 washing machines with huge line space - pool area suitable for kids and adults with plenty of shade - very safe environment surrounded by families - kitchen area with everything including a tv - huge sand pit with a swing set where you find a bunch of kids socialising with each other for hours on end. …
Stayed 2 nights in a cabin. Cabin slept 2 adults and 3 kids, but the two littlest had to share a double bed. Cabin neat and tidy and has a cemented area outside that you can sit out on. 5 plastic chairs are provided, but there’s no way you could have 5 people sitting in the cabin at the same time. Only tiny nitpick is that the smaller windows in the cabin only have lace curtains, so expect the kids to be up bright and early with the sun. Toilet and shower facilities are fantastic for a caravan park. Very clean and tidy. Staff extremely helpful. Has a great pool area with BBQ and also a well fitted out camp kitchen. All in all, a great place to stay
We were due to stay in the park earlier, however COVID19 struck and we had to defer the holiday. Throughout this inconvenient experience, the staff at the park were excellent and understanding to deal with. We had regular communication with the staff and management and when we eventually were able to stay in April 2021, we had an excellent time. The staff were friendly and the facilities tidy and clean. There is plenty of parking to support trailer boats, and there are some larger bays to accommodate large vans (ours is 26’j. The pool is a welcome relief, and the park’s location is close to the necessary shops with only a five minute walk required to travel to the main Tavern. We’ve rebooked for 2022 as an indication of our satisfaction.
The service when we booked was excellent, we thought we might have had problems getting in but it was fine. We didn't realise it was a Kui Park until we turned up we had already paid by then but they refunded us the discount amount after we had booked in. Our site was easy to find, it isn't a very big park and the site we were in had fences between each one and the numbers are very easy to see plus the sites are all quite big around here, we even had lots of room to park our car beside the van. The cost was good we paid $37.80PN with our Kui discount. The amenities are quite modern with individual cubicles of shower/toilet and they are kept nice and clean. There is always someone scooting around the park to empty bins, checking the sites and making sure there isn't any rubbish lying around.…
Just stayed 2 nights with a van in this very neat and tidy park. All staff very friendly and people always around cleaning , sweeping or raking the grounds. Best ablutions I have seen , exceptionally clean and the same with the laundry. Fantastic camper kitchen , with everything you need including a big tv and somewhere to sit. Sites are reasonably big with plenty of room to park large cars. Some of the sites have their own washing line that I found very handy. Bbq and pool area a hidden addition , with a small walk to the beach and shops . Definitely stay again
walked into grubby unit overwhelmed with the smell of old cooked fish. whole apartment was sickeningly reeking of old cooked fish. despite all windows opening and doors, it wouldnt air out. supplied with toilet spray to cover smell. shower dripped all night. kitchen windows and floor were sprayed with grease. one window was jammed open. very unpleasant stay
We stayed here in our caravan and were pleasantly surprised how clean and well maintained this park was (given the state we have seen some in). There is always people around cleaning - especially the ablution block. There are shower cubicles in the toilets as well as individual shower/toilet rooms - which is great for families. Laundry facilities are fantastic and well maintained. I felt safe letting the kids ride their bikes around the park - everyone was very mindful of children. There is a small swing set and sandpit - it's not much but all the kids loved building in the sand. It's only a short walk down to the foreshore, pubs etc The local IGA is REALLY good too. We'll definitely stay here again.
Great camp. Very central and handy to everything you need in Denham. Very well kept, clean and tidy. Camp kitchen and ablutions are great and spotlessly clean. Only thing is there is only one ablution block (which didn’t worry us as we were very close) but some sites were a fair way away. All and all very happy with this camp.
We booked a two bed cabin for a week, on booking in we noticed the ran overhead was filthy so I went to the office to ask if it could be cleaned only to be told that the cleaner had left and the lady in the office didn’t want to do it as she didn’t want to leave the office ( she could have locked it for 5 but chose for me to clean it myself! On day 3 I went to the office with photos of the filth in our cabin only to be abused by Caroline the office lady, I asked her where the owner was so I could convey my concerns only to be told that it was none of my business ( the owners name is Mick, I assumed he would contact me in the next couple of days to sort something out but he didn’t so I can only assume Caroline didn’t tell him or he didn’t care, our beds has what I’d say was vomit on the side with what looked like a condom packet under the bed, my sons mattress was like it was from the tip and the filth and food in between the stove and cupboards were just some of the problems, needless to say we won’t return. At $1,000 avoid like a rash or you may end up with one!…
