Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What a gem !!! Old world charm and hospitality. The staff are so helpful, the rooms beautiful and comfortable. The grand staircase creates an immediate and accurate impression of the hotel. I highly recommend a stay at the charming Hotel Coorow.

Possibly the best place I’ve ever stayed. The old world charm greats you as soon as you enter. Going up the grand stair case leads to the cosy and comfortable rooms. The meals are fantastic and satisfying. But best of all are the wonderful staff. Who has ever gone into a hotel and been disappointed to be served by such charming Irish lasses. Definitely make this your stay in the wheat belt.

We stopped in late one night for a meal and was greeted by the most friendly staff. The meal was well cooked and so tasty. The steak with pepper sauce you could not fault so well cooked. The hotel has been done up nicely.

We stayed here awhile ago and couldn’t wait to get back. This time we arrived just in time for dinner and the meals were absolutely brilliant. (Heaps better than a year ago). Be warned the meals are HUGE and it’s very easy to over order. Out room was amazingly clean, as was the entire venue. The staff do such a good job and really do deserve praise for the way the rooms are presented. Value for money is 5/5 and we’ll be back for sure. One thing I noticed this trip was that if you’re not a local you’re obviously served last at the bar. This happens in country towns but was particularly noticeable here. Fair call, support the regulars, but we got drinks from the car fridge and went upstairs instead. Otherwise 5/5 once again 👍

We heard good reports about this pub and weren't disappointed. Excellent good value meals and none of us left hungry - very large servings. Very friendly and helpful staff and the pub is community owned. Highly recommended.

We were lucky to get a room here at short notice, it was probably the last room available. The room was small but clean and bright, and the bed was comfortable. There are traditional shared bathrooms, one for ladies, one for gentlemen. Shame there's only one shower for the ladies and 2 for the gents, but that probably reflects the needs of the clientele when the hotel was built. Lovely large towels and some toiletries were provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, and took trouble to meet our needs. The food was good - an interesting menu and huge portions. The Scotch fillet was delicious. Tea, coffee and juice was available all day in the breakfast room. I would be very happy to stay there again.

A fortunate find on a wet day that would have been very unpleasant in the camper trailer. What a fabulous recently renovated pub ensconced in history. The hospitality and meal was great. Warm open fires and a choice of G&T what more could you want.

I really enjoyed the one night stay at the Corrow Hotel. its an old pub, but quite well presented. The bar person greeted us and took us to show where the breakfast room was and other parts of the hotel prior to showing us to the bedroom. Yes, its an old hotel, so no ensuite, just shared bathroom. The bathroom was quite spacious and quite modern, although could have done with more water pressure for the shower. Very large fresh towels were provided as well as toiletries, you don't find that very often in country hotels. the bed was very comfortable, whilst there was some bar noise early in the evening it did not prevent me from having a fantastic sleep. Very comfortable bed. we were not expecting breakfast to be included in the room rate, but a very good basic breakfast was available, toast, spreads, juice, coffee machine with good selection of pods. Thursday night was parma and pint night, there were quite a few different parmas available, I had a mushroom one, very large meal, but very tasty and enjoyable, salad was very good. A good range of beers and wines available over the bar, i think that there were like 5 or 6 red and white white (each) available by the glass, all quite good quality. will definitely stay here again.

Hotel open 4pm, about 10 people waiting there over hours, one old couple even waiting over two hours. until 4:30pm ,one staff came. Shared bathroom and toilet, wooden board made lots of noise during midnight. Breakfast dining room strong oil smell. Don't think they organised business properly, but no choice, it's the only accommodation in Coorow . Only one thing made me happy is the dinner tast good.

The rooms are small but it is an old building. And the bathrooms are down the hall - they didnt have ensuites in those days! But the bathroom was large and clean. Nice meals in the bar downstairs. Not rowdy. And the staff went out of their way to ensure I had a gluten free breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again for its charm. And ask for a room that opens up onto the balcony - its a nice touch.
