We stayed at Rickaty for an overnight stay with two other friends. We were warmly greeted by our hosts and made us feel very welcome. Their offer of hospitality was extremely good. We walked around the property on arrival and enjoyed the beautiful grounds and of course the Blackwood River that backs onto their property. The rooms were immacuately clean and had all the provisions that is required. It was nice sitting on your own little balcony having a wine overlooking the gardens and river. If you needed anything Kate would be very happy to assist you. We all had a great sleep in such a quiet environment and enjoyed a yummy cooked breakfast the next morning. It was very interesting hearing their country change from the city and how much they really love being in that beautiful environment and quaint town. Thank you both for a great visit and if we are passing through again will definately enjoy another stay with you. Thanks again.

Rick & Kate are wonderful, friendly people that were so accomodating and a pleasure to chat to. The breakfast was superb. A choice between cooked (bacon, eggs, hash browns, sausages) or continental (muesli, fruits, yoghurt and toast) along with juice and coffee. the setting of the accomodation was superb, surrounded by a beautiful garden and views of the river. You can walk down too the river from your room and enjoy a beautiful stroll. I loved the peaceful, relaxing surrounding. Rooms are equipped with mini fridge, tea and coffee, microwave, private ensuite bathroom, balcony, tv with free Netflix and information booklet with lots of suggestions and recommendations. It Is well priced and will definitely be recommending this property to others. I intend on re-visiting myself. Thanks Rick & Kate for a lovely stay :)

Amazing stay, lovely hosts, beautiful well equipped modern room with a lovely private balcony overlooking the stunning Blackwood River and manicured gardens. The breakfast was second to none with perfectly cooked eggs. Such value for money and great location. Will absolutely be staying here on my next visit to Bridgetown.

We stopped for 2 nights at Rickaty B&B What an excellent find. The rooms were immaculate with en-suite shower, microwave, kettle and beautiful views of the garden and Blackwood river from your own private balcony. Kate and Rick are wonderful hosts and make you so welcome into their home, no wonder they have 9.9 rating on booking. Com It’s only a 5 minute drive into the centre of Bridgetown or a nice leisurely 25 minutes walk by the river.

We had just one night at Rickaty and really wished we could have stayed longer. The hosts were lovely people, so welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, modern and very well equipped. The setting was idyllic. Ric cooked a great breakfast too! We’ve been in Oz for over 3 weeks now and this is probably the nicest place we have stayed. Thank you!
