I have been coming to Lucieville with my family for over 10 years and it is still my favourite holiday. The chalets are simple and easy, yet cosy and clean and a great place for families to hang out, play some good board games and relax together. The farm itself is incredible. Not only picturesque, but an amazing and exciting...

Having grown up in semi rural, spent every school hols going bush rather than coastal, having studied ag and having that many friends with farms, I never thought I'd see the day I'd pay to stay at a farm stay. Let me say, absolutely no regrets!! The wife wanted to come down with our 2 boys to celebrate her 40th...

We have visited a number of different Farmstays in the Southwest and Lucieville has been the best by far. When the kids were younger we stayed in a large chalet which was good for 2 families(4 adults and 4 children). For this visit we stayed in the cottage which was ideal now that the kids are older (13-21). The daily...

If you need a real relaxed stay, this will always be the choice. You will be totally cut off from the now IT world with no disturbance from calls, texts, whatsoever except calls from the animals roaming around. Had a very good Horse ride experience with great weather n the smell of the trees especially for ppl like us from...

Our family of 4 stayed on the farm for two nights and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The landscape is beautiful. The Chalets are very cosy, clean and well equipped with a fireplace and an air-conditioner. There is a platform just outside the door and we had a wonderful family breakfast together. It is a real working farm with all the...

Booked the farm stay for three generations - Grandparents, Parents and a 3 year old boy and 12 month old girl. The Farm is brilliant as it is relatively safe - obviously there are dams etc. so vigilance is needed with young-uns. There are lots of calm animals that accept little humans contact with morning feedings of the lamb, piglet,...

I visited the farm more than 25 years ago. It was so memorable, I came back again, this time with my kids (ages 11, 9 and 8). It was SUPER! The warm hospitality is a legacy, now that the owners have moved down to the next generation. Very friendly, so many things to do and see, and they answered all...

This was our second visit to Lucieville Chalets. Cosy A-Frame cabins, nicely appointed and family friendly. It was lovely to watch surly teenagers become kids again, playing in the kayaks in the private lagoon, feeding the animals. It's a family run set-up and you are made to feel welcome into that family. It's a healing place, reinvigorating. We'll keep going...
