Friendly staff at check in, rather basic/shabby rooms but very well located and a good base for exploring the area. Basic kettle and instant coffee etc in room. Restaurant and bottle shop on site. Plenty of on site parking. The cleaners only do towels/make up bed etc - they don’t wash your plates/cutlery!

Yes the rooms are basic but they’re super clean and the customer service and exceptional food outweigh the basic rooms a million times over. We had both dinner and brekky in the restaurant and it was amazing. King George Whiting and scallops that just melted in your mouth for dinner. And brekky was a delicious choice of so many faves. My eggs were poached perfectly and the bread was so fresh. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the drinks were very reasonably priced and the surrounding beaches are so pristine photos cannot do it justice

Motel style accommodation at Bremer Bay. The accommodation may not be new and modern, however it is very clean and everything is functional and in working order. The rooms are large & spacious, well appointed with plenty of storage space.

The rooms are set up with everything that you would need for a comfortable short stay, small fridge, toaster, kettle, tea/coffee/biscuits/milk, bottled water. Good working air conditioner, flat screen tv. The beds are very comfortable, with nice pillows and linen.

The bathrooms are clean & large, with good lighting and good (but noisy) ventilation. Nice towels and toiletries are provided. Good wattage hair drier. Onsite parking right outside your room. Guest laundry & drier for use at a small cost.

Check-in was quick and very efficient. Veronica went out of her way to tell us about what to do in and around Bremer Bay – thank you! All the beaches recommended were fabulous and your description of each one was pretty spot on. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble when you asked for anything. The cleaning team did an amazing job as well. Would not hesitate to recommend or to stay here again - happy.

The two bedroom apartment was dirty and at best poor motel standard. There were bugs on the carpet, heavy dust on the lights, range hood and bathroom fan. The sliding door fly screen had no handle and wouldn’t open. There was no not enough lounge seating for the apartment capacity and no coffee table or anything to put your drink on when you sat down. The place looks like it hasn’t had a cent spent on it in the past 20 years and is appalling for $200 per night. The management are apparently looking at upgrades but that doesn’t not excuse them charging premium prices for substandard amenities. The resort title should be referred to the ACCC for misleading and deceptive conduct. The management is clearly taking advantage of accommodation shortages in the town. The public toilet block on main beach is cleaner and more modern than this place. Stay here if you’re desperate.

A two night stay, the room was clean sort of but nothing functioned. I challenge the owner to stay a few nights in one of the rooms. Try and fill the kettle that's fun - too large to go under the tap in the bathroom - provide a jug. It is all old stuff. Curtain moth eaten but clean. Air/con works but fan will not adjust. TV works but batteries held in with sticky tape and sometimes works.
The attitude of the staff is arrogant and seems to be too much trouble to help
The restaurant Menu is as old as hat. Have you heard of less is more..... Sort out your meal and drinks ordering system it sucks to stand in a line at a sit down dinner. Sorry you get a 2/10 from me

2 night stay, room was a bit old and needs refreshing. Cupboards were severley water damaged, bathroom had broken tiles with a lot of mould in the cracks, needs a good clean and refresh. "River view" is the same as standard room so the only difference we could see was the extra cost. Staff were very friendly and helpful which made it very pleasant to stay there.. Restaurant meals were very good, it is attached to the only pub in town.

We booked accommodation at the Bremer Bay Resort as it was the only accommodation available for the period we wanted. We are not sorry that we did. The booking, online was easy and trouble free. We arrived at the Resort and was greeted by a very helpful and enthusiastic receptionist who went out of her way to tell us about Bremer Bay. She even suggested that we find our way to the Harbour from where we would be taking the boat to watch whales. I am glad we did as I succeeded in getting lost! The chalet was great, clean, comfortable and a great view. We recommend this place without hesitation.

I have to give some constructive criticism , Country coastal area ,renowned for and promoting good fishing , if you are going to offer panko crumbed whiting fillets on the menu , please try to do better than supermarket packet frozen ,warmed up in the grill .There has to be a better way. Staff were great ,service was great ,atmosphere great ,food not so much . $38 should buy a fillet steak !! T bone with a jalapeño rub was so sweet and sugary , what’s with that , chilli should not be confused with sweet. Pasta salad from a tin ? The sooner restaurants in WA get over serving bad ,cheap chorizo as a poor way to spice up bland food the better. Come on guys , more quality fresh seafood please. , don’t forget good quality Australian caught prawns are available from markets for as little as $20 per kilo.

We opted to stay one night at the resort before we headed home to Perth as the weather was coming in. Rooms were clean and tidy but very old and outdated.

The staff I encountered were very friendly and special mention to Mara.

Unfortunately we were let down with the food and the long wait for it to come out of the kitchen. We had dinner and breakfast at the resort. We waited at least 45 mins for two apple crumbles and two children’s ice creams after dinner. I ended up asking staff if they could deliver It to our room once it was ready as the kids were spare!

Breakfast the next morning was again a very long wait for two serves of toast, two bacon & egg toasties and a scrambled eggs. Mara was very apologetic but to wait for nearly 1hr just didn’t seem right and again the kids were starving. Especially when there was only one other table of two in the restaurant, whom were waiting too and not impressed!

The resort was disappointing. The rooms were barely OK. They seemed to have been freshened up a bit (painted) but carpet very dirty - the sort of place you felt like you couldn’t walk on the carpet in barefoot - & bathrooms in dire need of an upgrade.

We ate in the restaurant for dinner & breakfast. Dinner OK but breakfast inedible. If a chef can’t make fried eggs on toast he/she has a problem. My husband is a chef & we were aghast they could serve us such terrible food. Eggs all brown & slimy & bread tasteless.

On the plus side the staff were extremely friendly & helpful.
