We've just returned from 3 days at Bremer Bay Caravan Park. We were very happy there. The lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful, rearranging some bookings as some of our group of 4 bookings had not indicated that we wanted to be together. The sites are large, grassy and shady. We were conveniently located near the kitchen which was well equipped and kept clean and tidy. The largest bathroom was good - it was clean, looked relatively new and well equipped. Plenty of toilets and showers, even with the park being quite busy. There were grassy areas for kids to play and tennis courts for people who are more energetic than us. We would definitely stay again.

Tried to book a site and was greeted by a very rude receptionist who really couldn't be bothered and who then went on to talk to her colleague in a very derogatory manner while I was supposedly holding on the line. Very disappointed with the service so didn't go ahead with the booking. Even wrote to them to give them the opportunity to provide feedback but got no response. Speaks volumes. They need to look at their front end staff.

I am sorry that you feel that you have had an unpleasant experience with our staff. I have spoken to the staff members that you referred to. We are looking into online booking which we believe would streamline bookings and save a lot of the back and forth emails phone calls etc. It seems that a lot of people that make an enquiry believe that they have in fact made a booking. I appreciate your comments and think it highlights the need to upgrade our systems and procedures.

We travel extensively around Australia in our caravan and this park at Bremer Bay is one of our favourite parks to saty at. From the warm friendly greeting on arrival to the lovely spacious sites it is a pleasure to arrive here. Perhaps the most oustanding feature and what makes this park so special is the incredible maintenance practised throughout the park. It is pristine with not a blade of grass out of place. Highly recommend a stayover at Bremer Bay Caravan and Camping Park.

thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. It never ceases to amaze me that peoples opinions of our little part of the world and the experience that we endeavour to provide are at times in such stark contrast.

We just spent 3 nights camping in our tent at this park. Easy check-in, very clean ablutions and camp kitchen. Plenty of play area's if you have children and nice space between the bays. The location is close to the beach and a short walk up a hill to a lookout.

Great campsite with clean and ample facilities. Plenty of well equipped camp kitchens, toilets, showers, never had to wait to use any of the facilities. Also has a tennis court and basketball hoop, kids play area, grassy lawns to play games, picnic benches and and bins and recycling. Protected from the weather, green and grassy with plenty of trees for shade. Big camp spaces suitable for all types of campers caravans tents swags. The staff are absolutely awesome, truly lovely and friendly and super knowledgeable about the area. Great location close to Bremer Beach and walking distance to the eateries and drinkeries, little coffee van out front to get fresh coffee and ice cream. Would stay here again!
