Lewana Cottages were recommended to us by our neighbours we booked the pet friendly cottage as we wanted to take our dog, it was beautiful had everything we needed & more (a coffee machine!) the cottages are heritage listed & really pretty in the setting - they have a wood fire if needed with wood provided & the option to buy more on site. Well stocked kitchen with all you will need to cook meals. Great shower & lovely old fashioned charm in the cottages.
The grounds are stunning & the shop sells home made items like jams, biscuits & wooden gifts made by Jayne.
Close to Balingup, Bridgetown & Nannup.
Animals on site include kangaroos, an emu, peacocks, chickens & Alpacas - all fed every afternoon.
A stunning place to have a wedding the barn is gorgeous
Owners are super friendly, with barista coffee provided on site every morning until 10am (a total bonus!)

Will definitely be back again thanks Jayne & Mark for your wonderful hospitality

Upon arriving at the property we were greeted by Jayne at the quaint little reception, and gorgeous gardens with the most magical feel. Jayne is a lovely host who was so welcoming and hospitable but still maintaining our privacy. The property is fantastic and our teenagers (who initially moaned about the lack of internet coverage when we embarked on the road trip to get there) absolutely loved the comical and friendly animals who reside at the property. My 14 year old son spent so much time with the resident emu and he had so much fun (his words) that he didn’t even miss not having internet for two days!! The cottage is very clean even though it is older, but we found the bedding immaculate and the kitchen supplies very good. The bbq area is magical and has been painstakingly lit with beautiful solar lighting so at night it has a very whimsical barn feel and is so atmospheric to spend time eating with friends in this area.
We also took advantage of some tips Jayne gave us as to where to find hidden spots at Hegarty creek to enjoy and spent long days camped out by the water which our kids loved! All in all our stay was fantastic and highly recommend visiting. We will be back!!

We have been coming to Lewana for years as a group. Jayne and Mark make all cabins available solely to us so as not to disrupt any other visitors looking for the peace and quiet that Lewana is so good for. The facilities are amazing for groups. The cabins have seen improvements every year. The owners are very accommodating and friendly. Obviously we respect the space which has a rich heritage and common sense and appreciation of Lewana doesn’t make it hard to have an amazing visit. A number of improvements further protect visitors which is also appreciated. We at the HOGS wish Mark and Jayne everything of the best for Lewana.

My partner, Lauren and I were married at Lewana last weekend and it was the most incredible 3 nights with our family and friends. Mark and Jayne are the ultimate hosts and great people - nothing was an issue, they were super helpful throughout the whole planning process and the weekend and even joined us for the celebrations. The venue was perfect for our wedding and the cottages are super comfortable and have everything you need. We had such a great weekend and would highly recommend Lewana for a wedding or a getaway!!!! We didn't want to leave! We'll certainly be back ❤

What a lovely piece of paradise, a definite return trip planned. With shower and toilet amenities for campers . Sites accommodate vans, camper, tents and with on site cottages for those that don't camp. No mobile reception, however for those that need to be connected there is a 5G receiver up the hill at the "shed" entertainment area.
For animal lovers you'll enjoy the range of wildlife from the llamas/alpacas, Peacocks, Pea hen (bush turkey) kangaroos, to the free range chickens.
Fresh produce at the shop, which offer home-made jams, fresh Honey and free-range eggs. There is coffee cart open on weekends at the shop,  for those that need your specialty coffee. Jayne and Mark are lovely hosts ready to accommodate, ask them about the history of the property, it's very interesting.

Absolutely awesome place to stay, beautiful surroundings with lovely cozy cottages. Hosts Mark and Jayne are wonderful people - very knowledgeable about the area and extremely accommodating. This is the perfect place to have a wedding, special birthday or a large family/friend group getaway. The large fire pit area with seating & shelter is the perfect place for everyone to congregate and BBQ, dance and sing into the night. We loved that our hosts joined us for a drink and a singalong for part of the evening. Happy times!
This is our second visit with a friend group of 8 families, and we have all re-booked for a 3rd trip next year! Thank you once again Mark and Jayne.

Just had the most amazing long weekend at Lewana Cottages! Our hosts Jayne and Mark could not have been more accomodating for our large group. We had our first long weekend last year and had such a great time, we returned again this year and will do the same next year! Facilities have been well maintained and we could see that a number of improvements had been made. I can confidently recommend this establishment for a relaxing, peaceful break. Such a beautiful setting - looking forward making many more memories there !

Really like the rustic feel of the cottages. The wood burner fire and animals are real highlights and the setting is one of the best around.

Really good for families and groups alike. Great launch point for walking or mountain biking.

A group of friends and I stayed here a few weeks back prior to commencing the Bib trail. The cottage was nicely restored, well maintained and cosy. Although it was freezing outside the beds were comfy and nice and warm. The owners are really friendly and even dropped us at the trail head, while allowing us to store our car. Our group was disappointed we didn't book an extra night so we could explore the beautiful property. Will definitely be back,
