Close to town and comfortable and clean. Furnishings are a little dated, but adds to the charm. Fully-functioning kitchen, we whipped up some quick meals there as it is a very short walk to the supermarket.Overall very good value for money

In terms of quality and value combined together, this place definitely ranks very high among all of the hotels we've stayed before. Its price is really inexpensive, the room is very clean and spacious, the kitchen even has an oven, wifi connection is good, it is in the middle of the town and close to everything, and last but not... We took a well earned break from the camper to stay overnight in a 2 bedroom unit. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, giving us room to park the camper up securely for the night and a great deal for a family of 6. We loved our break, even though it was short and sweet. The units are an... More

We had had quite a long drive on our visit to the lighthouse and decided to stay the night in nearby Augusta. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and it was really large. Loads of room in the full kitchen and lounge. Older style but clean and comfortable. We would stay again.

We stayed for four nights here and it was simply wonderful. Walking distance to cafes, shops... Spacious units, good parking, would be fantastic for families as there is a sandpit, totem tennis, plenty of room to run around. Easy 30 mins to get to Margaret River without having to stay in the busy centre. Can hire a coffee machine, good... More

Very cheap for a two bedroom place. Nothing fancy (as you would have expected), but perfectly fine overnight. The bathroom is in what would have been the laundry, there is no washing machine. I believe there is a laundry available for guest use. Augusta is only a small town, but this place is right in the middle on the main... More

Have stayed here on numerous occasions in both the one bedroom and two bedroom units...... Clean, well equipped budget accommodation in the heart of the town walking distance to shops and places to eat, the owners Mark and Kyra are welcoming and friendly. Beds are very comfortable with good quality linen and pillows, electric blankets for cool nights and r/c... More

Good location, within easy walking distance of local restaurants. Outdoor appearance is deceiving: spacious tiled living area with 2 easy chairs, TV, table with 4 chairs, good sized refrigerator, well equipped kitchen, spacious toilet with curtained shower, but only a minuscule sink with practically no space to place toiletries. Small carpeted bedroom with a queen sized bed, an extra bed... More

Found this by chance, Trip Advisor had it under Specialty section. Really clean and had all we needed, heated aircon was enough to keep it warm. Old dwelling but really functional. After all the reviews for the two hotels, we were going to leave town, glad we stopped here.
