Room smelled incredibly musty as soon as we walked in, and very small. No air conditioner, but a floor fan in cupboard. Bathroom has no power outlets at all, so hubby couldn't shave, and very dated. Not all light bulbs worked. Bit disappointed.

This should be a fabulous place to spend a few relaxing hours with fantastic view over the river and out to the ocean. Sadly it is so run down and boring with no atmosphere, a canteen style eating area, nothing to attract the locals who all know how bad it is. It needs some decent money spent on it to...

Went to the Augusta Hotel Motel for NYE night. Had a good atmosphere from 9pm onwards, drinks are a good price and they did pub food (pizza) all night. Not too sure how it would go on a quiet night, but for a cold beer during the day over looking the river inlet would be nice.

Average accomodation but good if you just want somewhere to lay your head at night, good views in some rooms but I would pay the extra to stay at the the Siene bay apartments next door, 5 star stuff in there and close to shops and local sites

Stayed here with a group of 23. Although the hotel accommodation was basic, it was clean, the staff friendly and accommodating. We dined in the bar & grill and were not disappointed with the food. Generous portions, too generous, well presented and cooked. The service was fine and met expectations. Like most hotels, order at the bar. The restaurant was...

Went there for dinner but were treated like 'if you aren't locals, why are you here'. The 'service' could NOT be called that. Pity. The place could have great potential. Found the diner down the street beat it hands down.

We had lunch today at this hotel. I had a scotch fillet for $35. It was tough and overcooked. My partner had the Caesar salad which was reasonable. It looks out over a inlet, but not the open ocean. Would I recommend it ?. No

do not go there. terrible, unhygienic, outdated, do not expect much, even a welcome, the overpriced room booked for me and my old one (no elevator) may not have been open for ten years by its smell and dust. one of the worse places i ve experienced, just go camp, you ll save money and stay happy.
