Lilypad has 2 brand new compact self contained modern cabins set on a tranquil 12 acre property. The cabins are equipped with state of the art smart televisions and blu ray DVD players, WiFi, docking stations and digital radios. In the kitchen you will find a Nespresso Coffee Machine and a variety of loose leaf teas for your selection and enjoyment. The cabins contain king size beds and a bath big enough for 2. Enjoy a coffee on the deck taking in the views overlooking the lake. Nature abounds with plenty of animal and bird life.

We had a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing break at Lilypad. We would normally eat out on a night but it was so enticing that we decided to have dinner on the cabin balcony on both nights, listening to the sounds of the wildlife and watching the fruit bats overhead.

Salli's property was beautiful and the cabins immaculate. We had such a relaxing stay and Salli was a wonderful host. We couldnt fault it. Highly recommended for a recharge away from Sydney. We particularly loved falling asleep to the sound of the frogs and waking to the sound of birds.

Morning songbirds were amazing. Very peaceful. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Fresh farm eggs and bread provided were delicious. Excellent parking. Road from Belligen narrow and winding but tarred. Highly recommended property.

Our Lilypad Cottage (we stayed in Lily) was absolutely beautiful. Lovely furnishings, very comfortable king size bed, lovely, covered deck with table and chairs overlooking the fabulous lily ponds and garden. The birds were in abundance. The cottage is set up for a self contained stay with 2 burner gas hot plates, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The wifi worked well. The only thing we thought would be of benefit is a clothes drying rack. The hosts were welcoming as was the lovely and friendly resident dog. The cottages are about a 8-10 minute drive from the village of Bellingen. We would definitely book again for a 3 night stay.

The photos do not do justice to the amazing views that extend over the beautiful garden, the lily pond, the amazing forests and the mountains in the background and the views that change every day. The Lily cabin was spotless and I mean spotless from a couple of clean freaks, probably one of the only places we have ever stayed that we have not had to clean first, we really appreciated this and all the generous gifts left for us. The incredible bathroom and tub, the comfortable king bed and balcony we enjoyed every day. Great hosts and an area we will return to, don't hesitate to book.

Perfect in every way! We’ll be back. Thank you! Immaculately clean and absolutely everything you need for a weekend away. Set in beautifully maintained gardens with a view to the mountains. Lovely hosts and a treat to have a breakfast basket supplied, including fresh eggs from their chickens.
