Spend two nights in this hotel looking a bit British. Owners and staff extremely kind. Room not large but equipped with everything you need. Breakfast served impeccably both for the preparation of the table and for the food available. We had dinner one evening with dishes prepared in an elegant and great taste, wine pairing let the owner choose more than correct. We will gladly return.

After 40 years of travel we have found perfection. It is the Hotel Villa Abbazia located in the historic town of Follina. Our stay began with a warm welcome from one of the owners of the Hotel, Giovanni of the family Zanon de Marchi. He led us to our stunningly beautiful suite. It was filled with antiques and beautiful fabrics. Three French doors opened onto balconies that overlooked a stream, gardens, and imposing mountains. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable. The staff of this relais & chateaux hotel were charming and gracious, without exception. A lavish continental breakfast was included in the rate-cheese, ham caffe latte, fruit, cereal. It goes on and on.
Dinner at the hotel at the La Corte was extraordinary. We had the VEG (vegetarian) menu coupled with the wonderful wines of the prosecco region where Follina is located. We really wanted to enjoy the beautiful countryside in the area, and Giovanni showed us several long walks through the chestnut laden hills, far from busy roads and full of gorgeous vistas and hillside trattorias. Giovanni also graciously drove us to the nearby Palladian Villa Maser with a stop at the best prosecco vinyard in the region. At the end of our stay Giovanni's co-owner sister and the entire staff gave us a warm arriverderci. We will never forget the Hotel Villa Abbazia.

We had the most amazing stay at the Villa! From the minute we checked in we felt very welcomed. Giovanni set us up with a beautiful lunch in the garden and gave us tips on where to hike with our dog. Dinner was phenomenal and they set a table up for us and our dog to have privacy and space. Everyone that works there is beyond kind and made us feel very welcomed. Breakfast was delicious and all around this is a top notch, high class place to stay. Conveniently located in Prosecco hills with so much to explore all around. Would highly recommend staying here!

We were offered a Relais et Château box (1 night at the hotel , 3 course evening meal , breakfast) . We were disappointed , hotel in the center of village , little space .Old hotel with overloaded decoration , large bedroom and bathroom , double bed , good bedding ... Medium meal , not much originality and not very tasty but good anyway (spaghetti were more than al dente , undercooked) , all extras overpriced (tiramisu 16 € , glass of Prosecco 18 € ...) we have a small dog , the room planned for boxing was not intended for dogs , we had to take the range above (+50 €) , for one night we paid 30 € for the dog ... A total of 140€ extra ... the breakfast is hearty and good ... disappointed with the services and the extra.

This hotel offers a mix of Victorian and country style. My room was comfortable, though not too spacious, and it overlooked the lovely garden. The hotel is located in the center of the village, while being quiet at night. Unfortunately the hotel's parking lot is very small--I was lucky to find a spot in the public lot across the street. The breakfast was nice, but served in a rather cramped alcove. Good service, although the staff were quite busy. Most of the guests were Italian when I was there.

No hot water in our bathroom! After a long drive we arrived around 17h30 and wanted to have a shower, but the water was cold. We phoned the reception and they told us to wait 15 min. A half an hour later we tried again the water, but it remained cold. We went to bed.

This is a nice traditional Italian hotel. Very few people are staying here during this time of year. The gardens are beautiful and in bloom. Perhaps the best part of the hotel are the two proprietors who have been courteous and kind. The rooms are eclectic ours had a very nice terrace.

This great hotel and it‘s garden is really extraordinary. Great atmosphere, sensational restaurant and great wine. Giovanni Zenon, the owner and his sisters create a really great place to enjoy.

We found this hotel to be the “total package”! Located centrally in Prosecco Land and one hr north of Venice, the quiet, historical town of Follina hosts this villa. Service is welcoming, professional and helpful. Ask any question! Breakfast and dinner are exceptional! We ate from both the Bistrot and restaurant menu (Mich 1 star). We will return! PS Could be a perfect layover for flights in or out of Venice.
