We stayed here for 5 days together with our 9 month old daughter. The family that run it were so welcoming and looked after us very well, from helping us to setting up a cot with sheets and pillowcase!
Breakfast was both good and broad in variety. The hotel was quiet and the rooms clean and nicely decorated.
Thank you so much. If we visit the prosecco area again, we'll be sure to stay with you!

We arrived at the hotel after a wonderful day exploring the Prosecco hills. Excited to relax and enjoy our evening we were disappointed at check in when the woman who checked us in treated us like second class. We had purchased prosecco at a few of the wineries and she immediately told us that we can only drink it on the room- we understand this and was not a problem, though it felt like she was upset we had brought any in at all.
Their “honeypot” in the garden is wonderful and we wanted to enjoy it, however it was soon the close. The gentleman working with her was incredibly kind to us & offered to keep it open for another hour as it closes early (several hours before sunset) we graciously accepted and even purchased local beers from them to enjoy while we soaked. The beer is excellent!
Across the street from Hotel is a wonderful restaurant which we had dinner at- the spicy spaghetti and mushroom risotto are not to be missed.
We called it an early night and thoroughly enjoyed the rooms amenities, unbeatable views and firm bed.
In the morning we were greeted with blue skies, singing birds and again AMAZING views.
Check out is 11.00 and it is firm! Our driver was scheduled to pick us up at 11.45 and so we asked the front desk (same lady from the night before) if we might get an extra 30 minutes. We were given 2 options, 10 minutes extra is okay or we pay 30 euro for 3pm check out. Perhaps this is common in Italy but seeing as the Hotel was empty we thought it would be an easy gesture. She said no because the room had to be cleaned immediately.
We had our bags packed so it was no problem, we checked out and waited in the very beautiful garden for our driver.
I do not discourage you from staying here, it is beautiful, great breakfast and accommodations but I will stay elsewhere on my next visit as we felt like we were very unwelcome from the beginning.
Also, I will note that we did not receive a complimentary glass of prosecco as advertised. Maybe they will say we had enough that day? However please note they still sold us beer.
Cin Cin, we are off to Firenze!

Quite simply the air con they say its available in every room it is not. And that not because of an energy failure or any broken part, just because the hotel owner DECIDED air con should work only from 22h to 7 am. Doesn't matter that outside is 40 degrees in July and by 8.30 in the morning the room gets so hot you can't keep sleeping and you are already sweating like a pig. Moreover they didn't apologise at all, quite the opposite they tried to convince me that this is standard practice in every hotel!
Really a staff of arrogant incompetent and bad mannered people! They should learn that, no matter what you think or believe, the customers should come first! Worst hotel experience in a long time

Responded 22 July 2015
Dear Guest, we have the air conditioning and this works at certain times throughout the day. It's on all night and in the morning stopo for some time and the restart...but this is not the problem... you're back at 3 am without warning and a stat person is here waiting you. but you were not warned and you have not apologized. but also is not the problem..the problem is your great rudeness. we tried to politely explain how it works in our hotel and not in all the hotels but you have verbally assaulted us. I can not repeat what you have said to us because are dirty words , but you have to be lucky because we did not wish to make a complaint to the police for verbal aggression. I hope not to see you ever again in my house.

Charmingly decorated and well appointed rooms for price. Room and common areas all very clean and well maintained. Drinks/snack menu misleading and one staff member less than polite and unprofessional in demeanour when clarification sought. Wifi free but connection very poor with constant drop out rendering useless. These would be the only quibbles of our stay. The hotel was well placed as a base for exploring the surrounding prosecco region and the recommendations given by hotel staff for local eateries were excellent in quality and value of food. Would return.

Dear Guest, we are sorry that you found the snack menu misleading...the pictures that are on the menu are only indicative , the plate of salami and cheese always consists of two types of ham and then there can be the mortadella or salami or another type of salumi. Also we are sorry that you found our staff member unprofessional...probably there was a misunderstanding.. Thank you for the positive things that you have written.

We extended our stay because we felt so at home and comfortable in this wonderful hidden treasure. Guilia & Simone and family quickly became part of our family. They work so hard to make your experience perfect. Such a quaint lobby & restaurant...1/2 Bed & Breakfast, 1/2 Boutique Hotel. We enjoyed all of our home cooked meals. The attention to detail and service is bar none. Rooms are a good size, clean, comfortable and very quiet and reasonable. Took a fabulous prosecco winery tour with them and they picked us up from dinner at the wonderful Trattoria they recommended down the road...very romantic spot.

My husband and I stayed here last week in May. The people who run the hotel are all very friendly and helpful. We took a wine tour with a member of the staff which was great and very reasonable. They even offered to take us to a restuarant our last night in a nearby town and bring us back when we were finished. They had a great recommendation for this dinner.
Our wine themed room and bed were very comfortable. The indoor and outdoor spaces were good. Beautiful grounds, with outdoor seating and pool were nice. The breakfast buffet was also very good. We would recommend this charming hotel.

This is a very nice place to stay with lots of attention to detail, games, bar, snacks, wifi throughout... Once the pool is open, it will be that much better! The owners are very welcoming, even drove us to lunch and back to a nearby trattoria. Rooms are very quiet and secluded, which gives the impression you are staying in a tiny little B&B. Breakfast was exceptional compare to what is usually offered in the area. Overall, great place to stay, very friendly staff that have created an atmosphere to make you feel in a home rather than a hotel. Rooms aren't huge but nice balcony, clean, and everything you need. Would stay here again.
