This working Chateau is in a stunning location, just on the outskirts of Saint Emilion town overlooking the vineyards. All of the rooms have a different theme, ours was Indian. The room was large and quirky in style. Very comfortable and terrific views of the vineyards. The hotel does not offer dinner but St Emilion itself is a 2 minute...

A pretty relais. We choose the least expensive room. Pleasant, very clean but no screens on windows and the mosquitoes were a problem. Nicely furnished, small room. Only the suites had views of the vineyards. Nice staff. Breakfast was okay, basic. No fresh fruit. Swimming pool very nice.

A beautifully maintained property with clean rooms, generous sitting areas ad pleasant continental breakfast. However, there was clearly a drainage and design issue with the open plan ensuite in our room and it smelt damp. Not really acceptable for a costly venue.

We love to bring our guests to the Relais Franc Mayne. The rooms are all sumptuous and individually unique. The easy walk into St Emilion through the vineyards is a real treat and this village is wonderful to explore. Anyone staying here must book a visit to their cavern cellars and a tasting at the onsite produced wine is delicious!...

The hotel has only a few rooms with very nice and serene pool area and vineyard. The sitting room and breakfast room are very nice, feel like in your own home. Very clean room, comfortable bed. Staff are nice and speak perfect English!

We had a grat stay here at a very quiet weekend. We were only two Couples at the chateaux. Very relaxing with wonderful views over the vineyards and Saint Emilion area. A eco pool with fresh water and nice garden. Great breakfast and friendly staff, not very good at English though.. Only 1 km to Saint Emilion village.

Stayed here with my husband for our wedding anniversary. Simply stunning building and gardens and our room was pretty with a great view. Pool was great to look at (if a little slimy and the pool side shower wasn't working) with comfortable sun beds. There was a fab bottle of wine in the room when we arrived and the bed...

We stayed here for one night as a treat whilst we explored Saint Emilion. Staying right in a chateau in the middle of a vineyard is just wonderful. The walk in to Saint Emilion was not far, but alongside a main road. We decided to walk rather than drive as recommended by reception given that we were visiting largely to...

I loved this place. It was right up my alley. I was in town for a few days alone for a getaway and this was just the ticket: a beautiful Grand Cru wine-growing chateau with a nice garden, beautiful views. But note: the service here is pretty much non-existent. For me, that was fine and no issue. But if you...
