About twenty-five minutes. We walked it twice round-trip by the scenic route cross-country through the vineyards to a road that winds past the St Martin cemetery to the city gate by the church. You cannot get lost because you can see the chiurch tower the entire walk. If you walk along the highway - which is busy - it would be maybe 15 minutes. Parking in St Emilion during the day is not easy to find, so walking was a better choice. In the evening, we didn’t have a problem finding parking for dinner.
