Rainforest Expeditions was simple to work with and provided a lot of information in the planning. We stayed 4 days 3 nights and this worked well in the trip, but would have liked to stay longer! The small groups were a great way to meet people and experience the amazon. The guides were helpful and I felt safe. Food was...

We wore knee-high rubber boots and tromped through standing water and mud for three days. We were in the middle of a huge rain/wind storm that nearly blew us off the river and knocked down many trees in the jungle-- some of them hitting and damaging parts of the lodge. Exciting!!! We loved this trip and would do it again....

Agree with the previous excellent & very good reviews; a unique way to experience the Amazon rainforest & very special. Our guide Oscar was fantastic, very knowledgable & informative. It was muddy (boots provided), lots of animal noise 24/7 (amazing), room open to the forest (a few interesting visitors & very dark at night definitely need a torch), quite active...

My biggest complaint is not staying longer! We only had 3 days/2nights and on a very tight itinerary. The journey to get to the lodge sets the tone and atmosphere for your stay. You're treated to a snack basket on the bus to the boat (about 45 minutes) of bananas, sugar coated brazil nuts (YUM) and some dried thing that...

We had a lovely time at your hotel. The outside "noise" from the animals was music to our ears. The open "wall" of our room was a wonderful experience which allowed us to enjoy the sounds of the jungle. Our hikes allowed us to see amazing trees, flowers, plants as well as a variety of small animals. The boat trips...

We are a family of 4 (kids are 7 and 11). We spent 5 fantastic days at Posadas Amazonas and its surrounds. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it. Particularly the model of native people teaming up with an enterprise to open up their area to ecotourism which in return conserves it and offers income and education to...

This was a fantastic experience that was definitely one of the highlights of my trip around South America! If I didn't live such a long plane flight away I would definitely be returning for long weekends!
