This was by far my favourite part of Peru. EcoAmazonia set us up with one of the most knowledgable, caring, hilarious guides ever (Victor). This company does there very best to ensure you are making the most of your time, whether it's hiking, boating, climbing, or finding prime spots in the jungle to check out incredible wildlife. The food was...

I spent 3 days here and that was more than enough. I wanted to leave after two. This felt more like a down-market American teenage summer camp. It calls itself 'eco' however our group was never explained how this was eco, apart from most of it's made out of wood and there is only electricity between 5.30pm-10.00pm. There was major...

We did the 2N/3D stay. Ecoamazonia lodge staff was waiting promptly for us at the airport and then took about an hour and a half boat ride to the lodge. Puerto Maldonado isn't a great location to visit but the lodge was a beautiful area to enjoy the jungle. The staff was extremely kind and gave us great tours of...

If you like DisneyWorld, don't mind big groups and pretty good institutional food, like kids, this is your place. There's a lot to like here but not if you're an adventurer and have been to the Amazon a few times. I didn't know what to expect and it was an excellent lesson in finding out about what not to do...

Puerto Maldonado might not be much to see, but EcoAmazonia is a great lodge to visit. They have a large reserve with several trails for hiking and canoeing. The guides are very knowledgable and do their best to make your stay enjoyable. The cabins are very nice, much better than I was expecting. Hot water and electricity are only available...

First time in Amazon jungle. Expect to see more animals. During the 3D/2Nstay, I saw many types of monkeys, frogs, birds, plants. Spotted only one white caimans when taking a boat out at night. Unfortunately, didn't see piranhas & anaconda. Nice experience, still. EcoAmazonia serves tasty food. Cold drink not so cold due to limited amount of, and probably is...

Great 2 nite stay at this lodge. Food was pretty good, but the main event was the wildlife. We hiked into the jungle, with our guide hacking away a path with his machete. We stopped to feed the monkeys on Monkey Island and even had a few climb onto our shoulders. In the evening we went on a canoe ride...

Toucans, in fact lots of birds, tarantulas, howler monkeys to awaken you with their roar at 5am, True there was no hot water but i was so hot all the time i loved having cold showers., Ther...

This place is the epitome of companies trying to profit off the Amazonian jungle without giving back at all. This place is run by a handful of men that do everything from cooking, being porters, waitering to being your guides - which means to say they are probably not qualified nor care (Other than the fat-cat "manager", the rest of...

We booked our tour in Cuzco a few days in advance, the office is right near the ChocoMuseo (a must visit!) and the staff was sooooo kind! We only speak a little spanish so it was an adventure in spanglish to book the tour, but it worked out and everything went smoothly, including airport pickup and drop-off. As other reviews...
