Nice property, located about half-way between the lake region (Puerto Varas, Perto Montt, Pucon) and Santiago. The 'through trip' involves over 1,000 KM, thus a stopover at this point is quite welcome. Chile's central region can be rather warm (actually hot) in the Summer when a lot of visitors travel to the lakes. The rooms are of decent size, clean,...

This is a large hotel that was clearly built when the highway passed by the door (panam now bypasses). Very quiet now (not sure how they survive) but standards have been maintained. Clean, good sized rooms, decent restaurant and very accomodating staff (delivered a courtesy bottle of champagne and fruit to our door as it was new year's eve). Address...

Thanks god I only had to stay one night in this hotel! Everything is very old and needs urgent refurbishing. The lobby and breakfast areas are probably the worst. The room is average and so is the bathroom. Breakfast is a joke. Just really basic things and very badly disposed so you need to fight with people to pick them......

Well located for car travel, some distance from town centre on the old route 5. It's located in a semi-industrial area and no good if you want to go into Los Angeles. The hotel is fine, if a little tired - it is an older style Chilean hotel, that is to say room maintenance is so so, service is a...

Pretty much a standard hotel with normal sized rooms. Air-condition-system in the room didn´t work reliable and the service in the restaurant needs some improvements. The menu didn´t offer much more than fish and steak. Overall impression: ok for a business trip because of the good location just outside of the main city. The hotel is just beside a major...

On our way back to Santiago from a long trip to the southern part of Chile we had to stop for one night. This is a very good hotel, clean, confortable rooms all of them facing the gardens and a pool. Wi-fi a little bit slow. Good breakfast. It is a little bit tricky to get there because you have...

The hotel is not easy to see along the old Panamericana and from the outside doesn’t look very nice, but the inside is pretty and the rooms are very big. The swimming pool is quiet and there are a lot of trees where you could repair from the sun. It is in a very good position to go to the...

we needed a place for a one night stop-off between Santiago and Pucon, which didn't offer any very obvious choices; we chose this one because it was in the right place (about 60% of the way) and easy to get to (just off the main route 5, outside of town; not that Los Angeles is a major tourist town). Like...

We stayed in this hotel for one night on our way from Santiago to Puerto Varas. We had arrived in Chile earlier in the day after flying from London so we were very tired by the time we got to Los Angeles. The hotel was very hard to find as it isn't very visible from the road. Once we did...
