I paid US$253 per night through the Radisson website. Good Things. Pleasant receptionist. Incomparable views. Huge bed. Bad things. Poor Wifi. Noisy. Terrible breakfast, overcrowded and awful food. In room jacuzzi did not work. Air conditioning did not work. The tap in the shower fell off. Everything was corroded and in need of replacement. Toiletries were half used. The architecture of the building makes all the doors slam shut and sound echoes everywhere.

We really enjoyed the views on the ocean, seeing the pelicans flying on a very short distance from your window was exiting. The rocks with the birds on it, marvelous! Service was good and the staff in the restaurant was very helpful. No problem with sharing dishes and perfect glutenfree ( celiac disease).

Unique location,hotel built into the rocks above the ocean.Environmentally sensitive.Feel at one with nature.Staff professional and friendly.Must have a massage and spa.Views also amazing.Enjoyed all our meals at Acqua and breakfast a treat in this beautiful setting.

The view from the rooms were breathtaking! The spa couples packs were great, we really enjoyed them. The restaurant was awful. The first night one of the dishes was missing half of the ingredients. Nobody noticed and they didn't react well once we informed them of the situation (we had to eat the fish without the native potatoes). During the second night I ordered a shrimp cesar salad and got food poisoning!!!! (for real...) We requested water because of this problem and it never arrived! No one really cared, and didn't seem apologetic either. It was crowded with children who would run, scream and watch cartoons on speaker in their tablets during dinner and breakfast, and the manager just ignored this situation. Children should play and be kids in the kids area, not at the hotel's restaurant (which is not cheap btw). We were disappointed to find that the hotel was more of an expensive family weekend getaway place than a relaxing spa hotel for couples. …

View from the room was like nothing I’d seen before ! The location is amazing!!! Scheduled massage morning of and they were very accommodating!! My massage was $40 for one hour and 1 hr steam and sauna was $13 i think. Was super happy with prices overall and our stay!! Would go back!
