The furniture is old. The hotel's best days is over, but, still a good hotel. The breakfast is good, without big news. The staff is friendly. I recommend to one or two nights. There is a garden where you can drink something. There are few TV's channels.

We were transfered here from their sister hotel the Amazon Plaza because its swimming pool was having maintenance carried out but I still couldn’t swim after 36 hours of travelling as the swimming pool was full of floating cigarette butts! The room was fine for one night, the food was ok and the staff were helpful although very few of...

We were looking forward to getting to this 4 star hotel, unfortunately the staff wasn't friendly at all and didn't speak a word of english! We had to leave very early the next day, we asked to have our breakfast in a lunch pack, they said it wasn't a problem. They forgot and then made us wait for 15 minutes...

For a four stars hotel this place it's a shame. I don't know what this people have in their minds to consider a four stars hotel. They charge for an Internet that doesn't work, common practice in Brazil. Their room are ugly and old, the breakfast disgusting. This hotel should be consider two stars or less.

Allocated this hotel by the fanatics booking agency. Promoted as a 4 star hotel. Four star my xxxx! They have refurbished the entry and the dining /pool bar area which on first impressions makes you feel secure that you arrived at a decent lodging. Staff do not speak English so it takes a while for booking in. After this process...

This is a terrible hotel. Old, with bad smell and ugly rooms. Stayed ther for 1 day, for work, and didn´t like it. It seems that Cuiaba will be a terrible host at the world Cup, since all the hotels look like this one. The only good thing is that there is free wifi in the room, but with bad...

I stayed at the excellent Araras Ecolodge (see seperate review) and asked their Cuiaba office to book me a hotel in Cuiaba that would be close to downtown shopping and decent restaurants. For some reason they booked me into this modern 4 star in a commercial area far from downtown. The only food outlet I could find in the area...

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Hard to say why really as there is nothing obviously outstanding. However everything is very good, clean, rooms are good, staff very helpful the food was great as was the bar. In fact the breakfast was outstanding. The best hotel breakfast I have had. The room is big enough. Ask for...
