The hotel is huge but the parking lot is not proportionally sized, specially if you have an electric vehicle (only four EV chargers on site, not all of them working properly) so you must be lucky if you need to recharge. Food at the restaurant is gorgeous, with ample buffet choice, free beer, prompt and generous service. I was a bit disappointed by the fact that there are no printed fliers and informative publications available at the reception about attractions in the area. Room service is good but they forgot twice in a row to furnish body lotion. All in all recommended.

We arrived for a weekend holiday and were happy to receive a beautiful suite with stunning views of the Dead Sea. We had a huge blacony with a jacuzzi that served us great. Food was great and hotel service was good. The only downside is the kids club it was very low standard if compared to other 5 star hotels of Isrotel, and for us it's important to have something else besides the pool to entertain the kids. Pool was great but crowded very nice with the crazy heat of August. If the kids club was better I would go again.

The location of the hotel is ideal. Far enough from the center but a reasonable walking distance. The beach of the hotel seems less invested than the beaches of the other hotels, but the distance gives less hustle and bustle than other beaches. The hotel has 4 pools, Dead Sea water, sulfur (for a fee) Pools for children and adults with fresh water. All pools are with relatively warm water, so there is no place for refreshing with a little cool water, not even in the locker rooms. The service is excellent except for the reception. At the reception the attitude is disgraceful and unprofessional and unpleasantly managed. The phone number of the reception, if you find the right one, will not help you, they do not answer !!! Even when I arrived at the hotel, they did not answer me from the room, the guest service knows that this is the case, but probably no one is interested in it, the main thing is that the Israelis fill the lack of Germans in the hotel. Days and hours before I arrived I called and waited for long time.... no answer. The telephone numbers on the website are not updated. Try to get to the Ranch restaurant, there is no updated phone. Eventually Boris from the concierge answered me, it turned out that Ranch's phone number had been passed on to them. The number is different from over a year ago, no one bothers to update.
