Having stayed in the isrotel hotels in Eilat and Tel Aviv this was the first time we stayed in their hotel in the Dead Sea. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and could not ask for anything more. The service from all the staff was impeccable and the experience of swimming in the Dead Sea was unique. We will definitely be returning.

The good: the hotel is very clean and nicely designed, the spa is well-organized, the staff is attentive. Breakfast is very good. View from the rooms to the sea is nice. Could be improved: The surrounding area looks like a deserted parking lot covered with mud. Breakfast can be overcrowded during the weekend. The hotel has a strong perfume fragrance...

Food is good with wide selection. The dining room is very pleasant and well organized. In general, one negative, very negative factor: the reception is very very badly organized. It took us almost...

We stayed last year and this week, somehow this time was less enjoyable. We got half board and the dinner food was very bland, breakfast is much better. Trouble is restaurants in Ein bokek not that great. I had booked a room with a specific request for a king bed, when we checked in I reasserted my request and was...

The good The best thing about the hotel was the service. A few examples: There was a problem with the fridge - we reported it and within 10 minutes they had a replacement . We called about needing more light and they immediately sent up another lamp. I also heard from another person at the hotel the same time complain...

I stayed at the Isrotel Dead Sea for one night in January. I had five rooms for my group. All rooms were clean and nice. The pool area is very nice and even though the hotel is located across the street from the dead sea, they have pools in the spa with dead sea water for all to use at...

We've just spent 4 nights at the Dead Sea Isrotel and we have only praises. Beautiful room and excellentfood. The spa could be improved with an additional warm pool because it was overcrowed but the mud treatments ans Massages were wonderful. This is a relaxing place for body and soul. Nevertheless I don't recommend the area for families since there...

The hotel is an extremely well maintained 5 star hotel. The crew was very accommodating and welcoming, the spa not too crowded and well staffed. Breakfast was high quality and the room was well appointed and with great views. Overall, no complaint
