We stayed in a family room, which is a 2 room’s apartment with one bathroom, each room has its own small balcony. Rooms was very clean, bathroom spacious and convenient. There was a minibar, but it wasn’t a small frigidaire we use to see in hotels, it was something like a soft drinks machine with cell for each drink which...

We spent two nights at the hotel. The receptionists at the spa were helpful, efficient and friendly and the facilities were excellent. There was a wide range of treatments available and the professional staff was outstanding. The room had a magnificent view (and we were only on the 2nd floor), it was spacious and comfortable. The only drawback was being...

One of the best hotels on the Israeli side of the Dead Sea (but none of them compare to the five star hotels on the Jordanian side.) However don't rely on junior staff/trainees for any special requests (food, beds etc.) , but try and be in touch wuth senior staff to ensure full service.

1st we did not get the room we booked promising Dead Sea view and air conditioning and bathtub. The balcony was no larger than 50cm. After a short sleep, we left the hotel at 5am to climb Masada at sunrise and come back to have breakfast at the hotel. When we came back the valet would not let us in...

Staying in this hotel occasionally, after bicycle's riding. Very nice room, nice Spa, Swimming pool, Dead Sea private beach access and a good restaurant. There are usually a singer show for the hotel's guest. Meet nice people (guests) in this hotel. The stuff behave very kindly.

This is a beautiful hotel facing the Dead Sea, lovely gardens, pool areas and spacious lounges. Recommend upgrade rooms on 8 th and 9 th floors. The breakfast was lovely, BUT the evening meal arrangements are poor. The restaurant is closed at night and only the large and rather ugly dining room serves the evening meal. This is buffet style...

Firstly, several negative comments. Parking – this has turned into a perennial problem among the hotels of the Dead Sea. There was no space by the hotel when we arrived, though a day before we left, I did manage to put our car opposite the hotel entrance. The hotel does have a make-shift parking area opposite the hotel, so you...

I wish I could also review the dead sea area too, because it really is an underappreciated area with a lot to do. Or to review Isrotel as a chain, since the prove tima and time again that they know how to run good hotels that deliver on their promises. Regarding the specific hotel. We were a group of 7,...

Despite some confusion at check in, and part of the reservation being messed up - the rooms were great, nice, spacious and comfortable. Dinner was wonderful - so many choices it was hard to decide what to have and way too tempting to keep going back and trying something else. Breakfast was equally wonderful. The facilities were terrific, everything was...
