There are ten secluded cottages, on either side of the main buildings, dotted about the banks of the sinuous Ntungwe River. The lodge is classic safari style built from natural materials and decorated with natural colours and African textiles. The food is imaginative and wholesome, and service faultless. Enjoying an early morning cup of tea on the wide cottage veranda...

Would highly recommend this amazing experience, we had elephants outside our tent, the safaris were amazing with numerous animals and birds seen. Food and accommodation amazing and staff were very friendly and wanted nothing better than to look after us. Amazing experience and would return, Jo hankey

Very warm welcome at Ishasha camp, tucked into a remote bend in the Ishasha river, southern section of Queen Elizabeth national park. Our tent was very comfortable, meals were excellent, and this end of the park is far more interesting than its northern part. An oasis in this land of oases! Highly recommended, would return.

This luxury tented lodge in the midst of QENP is fantastic! The main area is beautifully appointed and a super comfortable gathering place. The meals were gourmet...full made to order breakfast, 3 course lunches and 4 course dinners and the setting outdoors lovely at any time of day or night. The staff was welcoming and attentive. I was so sad...

Clearly this is the place to stay, simple, elegant, immaculately clean and polished with a well managed staff that is gracious and confident, from the gate man on up - all were comfortable speaking English and very capable of accommodating any complex situation or needs. The open air lodge and tent rooms overlooks the river with lots of comfortable seating...

Located inside Queen Elizabeth National Park, on the banks of a small river this really is a wilderness camp. While you are staying in "tents" they are incredibly well appointed and exceptionally comfortable tents. During our stay there was only one other couple staying there and so we were incredibly well looked after, at times possibly a little too attentively...
