We were here in the low season and were the only guests, so we were well looked after; though judging by the staff we met, I think you would be well taken care of anyway. The rooms were comfortable and the food was good. The chef said he would have cooked local food had we asked; so if you fancy...

I stayed here in Oct. 2012. This lodge had a beautiful setting right on the river that runs through the north end of the Ishasha section of the park. It's within the park itself, so you stand a chance of seeing wildlife right in the camp, including the resident hippo, kob, lions, etc. The riverside location makes it possible to...

This tented camp is located within Queen Elizabeth National Park. We were in tent 6, closest to the lobby and dining. We had a nice view from atop the river bank, though we didn’t see any wildlife other than an elephant several hundred yards away and a small, venomous, snake crossing the path by our tent one night on the...

This wilderness camp was a 5 star experience. The staff and service they offered was exceptional. Our tented cabin was everything we had hoped it would be. It was situated beside the river and was pleasant to hear the running water. The meals were excellent with good variety for our 2 day stay, very well presented and prepared perfectly. Loved...

We stayed here just one night and we're sorry we didn't stay longer. A lovely small tented retreat. Each tent was very nicely set out, and quite large. Showers were by heated hot water - you just had to let the staff know when you wanted one (part of ensuite in tent). Situated by a lovely little river, very picturesque....

We stayed for one night on our way from QENP to Bwindi to see the tree-clombing lions and we knew it was going to be a fairly basic place. You have to book your shower and it arrives ready-mixed in a water container which is hung up outside the tent. There are no activities you can do and you can't...

Stayed for one night. Enjoyed the very welcoming and kind hospitality. The staff was extremely helpful and willing to do anything in order to ensure an optimal experience for the visitors . The rooms were beautifully built and view of the river and wildlife was astonishing.

Very civilised and spacious tents with running water and solid floors. Showers are 'bush showers' although 20 litres is ample provided you don't faff around too much but they made it clear that you can always ask for more. Tents are situated along the riverside and apparently elephant and other game can be seen on the opposite bank (but not...

Spent just the one night here (would've loved to stay longer) a last minute addition to our break as we really wanted to incorporate a bush breakfast (highly recommended). Food was very nice throughout our stay and the accommodation was fantastic, basic compared to some of the places we stayed but we absolutely loved it. Took in a couple of...

This semi-permanent tented camp is a wonderful place to stay. Directly next to a river, the location is beautiful. Staff, in particular, Chris, Herbert and Godfrey were fabulous and extremely professional. The food was fabulous! The whole environment is very atmospheric and truly reflects the environment.
