Wonderful Park and great camp. Nick and Crystal do make you enjoy to the max all the wonders of the camp and surrounding areas. Food and attention to detail were extraordinary. The river safari was beautiful with a nice surprise at the end for the sunset. The game drives were great, with breakfast in the bush as a plus. Walking...

My review about this camp is long overdue. The camp is perched on the bank of the Rifiji River with spectacular views over the river from everywhere in camp. It is not a luxurious camp but it is very comfortable and beautifully intergrated into nature. The attention to detail, the food, the individual service and the staff make up for...

A well run camp, managed by Nick and Crystal; as it was coming to the end of the season it was very quiet, so we had the attention of all the staff. We had our own guide and a driver for all drives and they were endlessly knowledgeable and attentive; noticing when I was taking photos and stopping and starting...

This holiday was to be the treat of a life time with my 4 children. We could not have imagined such a beautiful and amazing place. We flew in over the river, quick safari on our first evening with the bestest guide we all loved, Festo. He made our stay, so much knowledge we struggled to take it all on...

My friend and I spent two weeks on safari in the Northern Circuit of Tanzania and finished our holiday with 4 nights in Selous at the beautiful Impala Camp as a final special treat. We stayed in many camps and lodges throughout Tanzania and this was easily our favourite place. The staff at Impala are warm, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and...

We are fortunate to have been to most of the large well known game parks in Kenya and Tanzania, so were keen to experience somewhere less travelled. Selous Impala Camp was exceptional in every way, whilst not possible to mention everyone , a special mention for our guide Gerard, he has been at the park for 14 years and knows...

What a wonderful place.......guide so knowledgeable...food excellent........tents so comfortable.....staff wonderful....I could not recommend this place more highly.... Set among the trees on the river bank could you get more African than that.Early morning game drives enabled us to view the animals before they rested during the hottest part of the day. Afternoon boat cruise to watch eagles fishing and elephants...

While following our GPS to find our lodge we arrived at the Selous Impala Camp where we discovered that the GPS location for our booked camp was way off. However the staff welcomed us heartily and offered us refreshments and the use of the bathrooms after the long ride from Matemwe. The Selous Impala Camp is a gorgeous place right...

We stayed for three nights iand had a brilliant time. Our trip was organized by Imagine Africa. From the moment we landed at the airstrip and met by Dennis our excellent guide we had the most amazing time. Considering the camp’s remote location inside the reserve the standard of the accommodation was great with far more luxury than we expected...
