The hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly (big thanks to Amr <3). Also the food was very delicious and authentic. What we didn't like was that we booked all inclusive and most of the drinks and also the a la carte restaurant weren't include and we had to pay extra. The hotel is not the newest but they keep it in good condition. But we booked a room with sea view and we got a room with not really sea view. As the hotel is quiet empty we don't understand that we didn't get a nicer room with a real sea view (not only from the side). To sum up it's ok but for the next time we would go to another hotel in marsa alam.

A very underwhelming venue that lacks the typical charm and liveliness of Egypt’s other coastal resorts. It was a disappointing stay to the extent that we checked out after only one night. Main concern was the pools were not heated sufficiently at all. The food was also average at best. The staff were extremely friendly and did their best, and the rooms were very clean. But the overall facilities left much to be desired. I’d also add that the rates here are higher than other venues offering comparable, or even better, value.

Мy spouse and I vacationed in November 2021. I agree with the comments about the "tired" rooms and equipment, but it did not spoil the vacation. Hopefully, with the increase in the flow of tourists the owners will start a gradual modernization. On the plus side: 1) Polite and responsive service staff. They tried to solve any problems rather promptly. 2) You could not hear the neighbors in the room, although they were definitely there. We lived in a one-story building. 3) Heated pool with a bar. I liked it very much! Especially nice to be in it in the afternoon, when the sun is turning to sunset and the air temperature is dropping. 4) Special thanks to the animator Hasan for his kindness, positivity and unobtrusiveness! Keep dancing, especially Tanuru, you are very cool! I hope to play soccer with you someday!))) 5) Not a bad number of activities during the day: stretching, darts, aqua-aerobics, boccia, beach volleyball, evening shows: tarura, bingo, karaoke. Fitness room, table tennis, American billiards. 6) All activities will be completed by 11 p.m. 7) Good massage from Ahmed, especially the hot towel on my back) 8) Not very long pontoon, beautiful corals nearby. 9) Live music during dinner every other day. Negatives: 1) Mowing the lawn with a lawnmower at 7:30-8:00. Spare the tourists' sleep) Some go to rest after a hard day's work.) 2) On the volleyball court in one place the concrete slab is poorly sanded. There is a danger of injury. There is enough sand in Egypt, put more). 3) Only one of the two treadmills worked. 4) The spa at the hotel sold massage cream for $15, with the real price of 9 Egyptian pounds (a little more than $0.5). We found the food to be quite tasty and varied. There was always a choice of meat, chicken, fish/calamari. Soup of the day, several kinds of salads, cheeses and cold cuts. For breakfast cereal, porridge/pasta. Scrambled eggs are fried at your choice. There were lines for food, but small - no more than 2-3 minutes. The problem with tables on the veranda in the evenings really was, but was solved quickly - recorded in a line, asked to wait at the bar and as places are released invited. We got in so once and waited no more than 5 minutes. Other days we either came a little bit in advance of the opening (18:30), or already later - to 19:30-20:00. There was never a problem with tables inside the building. In general, the feeling, of course, not 5 уEuropean stars, but quite a decent 4. We recommend for a trip

Serious safety incident
I wanna start with the biggest disadvantage which poisoned my stay from Day 2: I hurt my foot while swimming in the sea (touched an urchin) and went to the reception to ask for help. And the greatest idea that a receptionist had is to grab my arse, stroke my leg, and try to touch my breasts (well, a woman is in pain and obviously cannot flee - why not?!) I complained to the management but nothing happened. Is it really OK in Egypt? That's why I don't recommend this hotel (especially if you're a girl traveling alone). The hotel itself is big, beautiful, and authentic. The room is beautifully designed if a bit rusty. It's clean. There's a safe, a hair-drier. And a reaaaaallyyy slow wi-fi (it's impossible to make audio calls there). The sea is clean. You can see fish, octopi, and other sea animals even if you don't have a mask. There are enough sunbeds on the beach. Two pools (one is heated). There's some sort of animation there (stretching, volleyball, aqua aerobics, etc.) The food is tasty but the menu is the same every day. Desserts are THE BEST. There's no ice cream though. Almost no fruits.

We have spent a short weekend vacation over the second week of November. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is cozy and was not crowded. We had a spacey family room, which was perfect for a family with 2 kids. A good variety of food and taste was also fine. I liked the bakery very much.y wife and I loves the beach volleyball every afternoon and the games arcade in the evening. Thanks.
