Country Road Lodge is a real "find." Stay with a delightful couple in their cozy home on the Hudson River. They are part of the fabric of hisoric Warrensburg; Sandi is the official Town Historian. They are friendly, knowledgable, easy going and Steve makes the best French toast! The breakfasts are delicious and hearty; good conversation among the guests is...

We were looking for a reasonably priced accommodation without succumbing to all the negatives associated with many "roadside" motels. Country Road Lodge B & B met our needs and then some. It is a beautiful setting overlooking the Hudson River with birds galore. Our room was of modest size, but clean and tastefully decorated. A screened gazebo made a perfect...

The approach to this idyllic location is a long, dirt road. The house is situated on a secluded, magnificent property facing the Hudson River. The house itself is not fancy, but it is spotless, and pleasantly decorated. Our 8-year old son, who had never stayed at a B & B before, was skeptical upon seeing the house ("THIS is a...

Very nice location in the country along Hudson River. The B&B had a super view and walk along the Hudson River. The room was very nice but was disappointed that there was no TV in the room. The B&B owners were very friendly and informative, was not use to not locking the door to the house. Enjoyed the breakfast and...

My wife and I stayed here for a few days over our honeymoon and it was fantastic. We were the only couple to stay there during that time period, so we really got to know Steve and Sandi well. They are most accommodating. The room was clean and set up nicely. The beds were very comfortable and we had our...

I spent three days at Country Road Lodge and enjoyed every minute of it. Steve and Sandy Parisi are both wonderful and helpful people. If you leave thier breakfast table still hungry it is your fault not thiers. Steve's Raspberry muffins are delicious, as are all of the other homemade goodies. There is always hot water for tea or hot...

The locale is idyllic: 3 miles outside Warrensburg on a dirt road and overlooking the Hudson River. Steve and Sandi Parisi are wonderful hosts. The rooms were spotless, well appointed, quiet, and cool. The breakfast was fantastic, beginning with warm, homemade blueberry muffins and coffee in the living room, to a breakfast made to order in the dining room: eggs...

“Two of the 4 rooms are up a narrow flight of stairs, so take that into account. The Observatory Room has a great view on two sides.”
